I would recommend this property and would stay again. It’s clean, staff answered our questions and were very professional.

Really good breakfast
-
On the plus side the free breakfast included an omelet station which seems rare these days, along with a nice variety of usual breakfast fare. On the downside, hile the rooms are only cleaned every other day (which is fine with me

For the level of hotel that Element is, I think this was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee was great, too. I would absolutely stay here again and will look for other Element Hotels when making travel plans.

The front desk staff was great (shout-out to John). Upon check-in we were able to be upgraded to a suite-style room. When we had a problem with some ants in our suite, John quickly recitfied the situation by moving our room and offered me Marriott Bonvoy points for the inconvenience. Overall the hotel was nice, our room was clean (when we moved), and we felt welcome.

Stayed here on a weekend trip for a concert. The room was clean and specious. The bathrooms are modern. The free breakfast is one of the best ive had with thinfs made fresh. Close enough to the city that you can Uber cheaply if you want to. But an e-scooter and walking also works. Staff were super friendly. Would stay here again

Stayed for a long weekend. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean overall. The entrance area has carpet that could use a good cleaning but everything else seemed nice and clean. My shower door leaked water along the bottom edge creating a little pool on the outside which was annoying. I notified the staff who wrote it down in their maintenance log. My only other real complaint is the AC and it's wall placement in the room I had. It's not a central AC type system as it pull air from the room and spits it back out higher up on the wall. The air vent shot the air direction on the outboard side of the bed so I slept on the inboard side closest to the AC. Its also kinda loud when it frequently turns on and off. Not sure why the AC was built like that here. Bed was a bit soft for me but still comfortable enough. Kitchenette was nice. The cleaning staff wasn't really consistent with bathroom linen's. They'd take dirty stuff away but not replace it so I had to go down stairs to get new towels etc. They also knock on your door around 930a for room cleaning which seems a tad too early to me. Overall for the price it cost it was fine.

Nice hit cooked breakfast Location a mile from downtown
-
Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is pretty pricey, you are better off parking outside and paying the outside parking fee. Kitchen is a bonus but you do have to keep asking for kitchen stuff such as pans and other cooking supplies. In addition, we had to remind them to come to our room for cleaning since they do it every other day. Once we asked they were really good at doing it.
