Excellent accessible hotel 🏨 n a great location

Overall the hotel was fine and clean for one night. In our room the power controled blinds were worn and one window didn’t work so we couldn’t see out. Our kitchenette didn’t have silverware so we had to borrow from the other room we reserved. The breakfast was good and there were several great choices but they needed more help. The trashes were overflowing, milk was gone, dishes were no where to be found. Parking was $35 a night but it was great to have my vehicle in a secure location.

The gentleman that checked me in was amazing. My for locked itself and he helped get me back in. The day of check out, the person checking me out kindly gave me a late check out time as my plane left at 2. They were amazing!. Only one new guy was a little rude about the parking lot across the street Tuesday night.. I know you don't own it but he could have been a little more kind when I was asking about it. Nothing huge but everyone else was super amazing!

The check in staff was truly exceptional! Very very professional and helpful and looking put together and sounded like they knew what they were doing giving me great confidence. Highly recommend.

I loved my stay at the Element. The staff were really sweet and helped out a lot. We stayed for a week and it was a relaxing week. The breakfast was perfect, everything you need. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt with fresh fruit, bagels, bread, juices, coffee, etc. it was great if you didn’t want to go out and eat. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The coffee bar was great and the person running it is super nice. The happy hour they have for guests is fun to do. Overall we loved our stay.

Place was clean, staff was nice, rooms were spotless. Would recommend over & over.

Our stay was perfect! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Only thing I have to complain about is that our tv has a blue hue to it and we didn’t have the option to fix it on the remote.

Everything about the stay was wonderful except our upstairs neighbor the last two nights. Not the property‘s fault per say but is the only reason I ranked it a 4 instead of 5

They have paid parking but it is in a parking garage and I loved that. You can go in and out when you wanted. There breakfast was always good and they have a happy hour where you get a free drink.

Lobby and breakfast was excellent. They just need to update the rooms a bit. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and parking was easy.

Everything was great but the breakfast was ok. For the price paid it could have been better. Ran out of items an hour prior to closing.

Room was an adjoining which they never asked us if it was ok or mentioned at check-in. Annoying is all. Then the air conditioning blew on you when it turned on if in bed. So all night it off and on wind. Also the smoke detector was flashing super bright.

The staff, both front desk, and bar/coffee, just excellent!!!! Super friendly! It rained for the few days I stayed and when I walked in, the front desk knew I wanted a hot latte and went to make me one each day!! WOW! Thank you!!!!!
