Judith and Doc are great hosts. Very attentive and so kind. Cannot recommend this place more.

We had such a great stay! We really enjoyed getting to know Judith and Doc and their cute pups! They were around if you needed them and had great suggestions! Would love to stay again :)

It was very, very hot and without AC, I had to rely on a weak floor fan and the open window, which did little to cool down the room but let in a fair amount of noise from the alley below.

The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was cold commercially made breakfast cakes, yogurt, & fresh fruit so the 2nd morning we left and went out for a hot breakfast. I would strongly recommend against staying there.

Doc and Judith are so kind and amazing to converse with. Beautifully restored home. Look forward to seeing them again down the line.

So nice and inviting. Breakfast was great and the dogs were friendly. Will definitely stay here again if I venture back to Denver.

Very friendly hosts and accommodating. Their dogs are sweet. Yummy homemade granola and nice to start the day with some yogurt, tea, coffee etc. Location was very convenient and good shopping and food nearby. Nice supplies provided in bathroom and a clawfoot tub for a soak….ahh. It is an older house, which is a little musty (understandably) and our room got hot at night, but once we cranked up the AC, we were comfortable.

In the epicenter of Denver. The couple hosting, was absolutely incredible and provided an outstanding breakfast.

Never made it past the front door. Rundown and unkept outside; dirty front porch; knock met by aggressively barking dogs jumping at the door. Person who opened door looked surprised when I said I had made a reservation and was supposed to be staying there. Had a bad feeling and decided, without entering, (even though I wasn’t invited in) to cancel. I was charged the full cancellation fee unfortunately, but there was no way I’d stay there. See above.

This house is so very beautiful! Great location, and Judith, Doc, and the dogs are so very gracious and lovely. If you want something different and unique, this is for you.

Nice place, we could walk to everything we were doing on New Year’s Eve. That was so important for us. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, asking us if we needed anything. Would stay again

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. This is my first proper B&B experience, and it was lovely in every way. The home is an amazing late 1800's victorian home clearly very well taken care of both inside and out. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic with so many food and shopping options available within walking distance (I recommend the Irish pub around the corner!). And the best part are the owners, both fascinating people that make the home feel alive. The provided breakfast is quite amazing as well, I had homemade granola in yogurt and homemade banana bread with berries :)

This place cannot be any more central in Denver. Walking distance to all the food and drink you want. (Pub across the street)fantastic Mexican restaurant we visited 2 times out of three days. We were in Denver for 3 total days and stayed with them for 2 night. Judith made sure we were taken care of even on the night we didn’t stay and sent us with food on our early departure morning which was fantastic! Judith and Doc were wonderful, welcoming and warm hosts. We also loved being greeted by Wilson and Lucy every time we came in. You can’t get that in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to Judith and Doc, so accommodating.
