Serviceable hotel air conditioning didn’t reach the bed room. Room on second floor right next to busy road lots of sirens through the night for what appears to be a new hotel was not in the best shape would be a great stay for a broncos game

Very clean and convenient location.

Had a great time. Went for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was nice to be able to walk across to Empower and not deal with traffic etc. The 2nd floor terrace was awesome to sit, relax and people watch. Would stay here again.

Loved this location, and relaxing by the fire pit on the second-floor balcony was a high point of our stay here, with a great view of the Denver skyline and Mile High Stadium. Great value, and dinner at the restaurant was nice (Note: they serve breakfast, but not complimentary). They brought food to us while on the balcony, which was convenient and unexpected. Enjoyed our entire stay in Denver, and the Courtyard complimented that experience.

Water pressure definitely wasn’t the greatest. The toilet is extremely loud when you flush. Other then that it was clean and for one night it was fine definitely don’t wouldn’t do longer

Very clean and new. Great amenities. The rooftop was not done when we went, but perhaps it is now.

Quiet. Clean. Near light rail for easy in and easy out of the city center. The neighborhood has an edge to it in the evening.

Everything was great

Our clerk was exceptionally friendly, professional, warm and efficient & welcoming. Love the room, the bed linens, the nightlight in the bathroom that lights up, the layout of the room, the ease of finding plugs, the tv, the lighting above the bed and it was very clean! So few parking spots. But we found one.

Was a great stay and convenient location.

The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep.

The hot water in my room did not work. The parking is terrible you have to pay 35 dollars a night to use their small underground parking garage or park across the street at the apartments and risk being towed. The area around the hotel is also not the greatest

Rude staff horrible parking. Make you pay 50 dollars for parking

I wanted to love this hotel given other reviews. It’s a few blocks from our Denver house and a convenient stay while we prepared for sale. The +s: free covered, locked parking, it’s a hotel in an area lacking hotels. The room was nice enough and there’s a lounge/ restaurant that besides the awkward decor, was crowded. What didn’t work for us: your floor to ceiling room windows face and are close to all the other rooms. Which would be fine if the staff could tell you whether they were one-way windows or not. They couldn’t and we spent the entire time thinking people could see in which is what we were told. They couldn’t actually. The WATER PRESSURE was a trickle. The staff is just quirky. Not bad, just quirky. It’s kind of endearing, but your expectations should be broad. The ROOFTOP is only open to leased events and/or during game day. We were told it was open 24hrs, but that is the lower patio. There was left over fried chicken stuffed in a trash and on the floor by the elevator. My husband informed them and they still forgot to clean it hours later. When he reminded them they emptied the trash but didn’t pick up the bones on the floor.

I reserved on booking.com and when I got there they told me there were no rooms available except executive level. I had to find somewhere else

The rooms were clean and updated. Great location for stadiums, kids activities, and food.

Restaurant was very good. Room and hotel were nice and clean. Could hear traffic (loud cars) outside so used sound machine when sleeping. Front desk person charged me for 2 days of parking even though I didn't have a car, corrected when asked about it.

Great hotel in a great location.
