There was only valet parking even though their website said parking was available. It was $54/day. There was no other parking available. Also the only phone working to call the front desk was in the bathroom and they never came to look into why the other phones were not working.

Great location with an easy walk to the Ball arena. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were all terrific! Great hot breakfast every morning and the on-site Degrees Brew Pub was great! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Denver!

Hotel is in a great location super close to Ball Arena for events and concerts! Room was spacious and well appointed. The real prize for this hotel though has to go to the front desk. The two people that assisted in check in and in responding to our questions were fantastic! The breakfast was exceptional also. The only surprise we experienced was in not having room cleaning done each day - it may have been an oversight and we didnt make a big fuss anyway

Great central base to do some essential parts of Denver. Great rooms, very clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast was good too

It was exactly what you'd expect from a large chain hotel - all good, and would consider staying here again. Room rate was expensive.

Because of the delay of arriving, we only made use of our room to get organized, a shower and have breakfast. I very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, our room and the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Location and consistent level of expectations. PARKING FEES! $50+ come on! For mandatory valet? It’s a SpringHill suites. Really? I could see my car from the valet desk. This is not a resort. Heck I pay less a a resort.

Beautifully clean room and comfortable beds. I appreciated the caring staff. The breakfast was delicious and gave us energy for our busy day of sightseeing. Also, close to downtown shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the breakfast and the staff's service. All of the accommodations met my expectations, and I have no issues to mention. I would most likely book another stay at this location on my next visit to Denver. The only thing I wish I didn't have to pay a fee for is getting into my room before 4 pm. However, outside of paying $35 to enter my room early, I don't have any other issues.
