Never got hot

The hotel was tired , old and very unappealing. The last time I stayed in one was 30 years ago. I don't think the rugs have been changed since then and seldom cleaned.My room was next to the elevator and the ice making machine and very noisy all night long. The door must've been paper thin because I could hear people who were not even talking that loud. I knew if I had a phone call everyone in the hall will hear my talking. In a word, cheap. Definitely not worth the price

The room was clean , breakfast was amazing , and well all the staff were really friendly and very helpful . Would be staying here again my next visit to Colorado .

Bad attitude at check in

My family and I stayed from Thursday night and checked out Sunday morning. The whole time there we had no hot water… that’s right, cold showers every day! First day there we could not get into our rooms, had to be let in by maintenance. Not able to use the pool. Worse experience ever!

Hotel was clean all staff so friendly, quiet atmosphere. pool looked clear and clean breakfast buffet was great too. thanks for a lovely night's stay. we will be back end of August thank you!

Worse hotel ever, dirty, stinky and disgusting

First time going to Colorado and I had one of the worst experiences ever, carpets were filthy and nasty you could tell it’s been years since they did a deep clean. I requested housekeeping 2 nights in a row and they came till the 2 time I called and bugged them. They never cleaned the room they just brought up clean towels. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth staying here.

It was very enjoyable, the rooms were comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful.

Wasn’t super comfortable safety wise in this part of town.

TV did not work. We were told to unplug and plug it back in and if that did not work we could move to a different room. It did not work. But since it was getting late we were unpacked and ready to settle in for the night we didn’t want to change rooms. Disappointed with the fact the rate could have been lowered somewhat.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was acceptable. The place has gone downhill since then. Cracked tiles in the lobby, carpet smelled bad in the hallway and our room, and the sink in our bathroom had a huge Crack in it. Also, the sofa was filthy. Would not recommend, would not stay there again.

Location Unsecured PROPPED BACK doors at night. Loud door slamming in hallway by cleaning staff and other customers. Unrepaired projects all over. BAGS OVER THE SMOKE DETECTOR ALARMS, TV MALFUNCTIONING ALL WEEKEND, CARDS MALFUNCTIONING ALL WEEKEND, water warm not hot showers

Breakfast was very basic but everything else was perfect.

As usual, the front desk staff were wonderful, particularly Duck and Danny. I also appreciated that my request for a room with the thermostat control on the wall was honored. Everything was fine.

And when I asked about getting more towels, the front desk told me that they could only provide me with three because they were out even though we stayed there for four days, they only provided us with three towels the entire time

Staff was friendly. The manager was welcoming and engaging. The bed was really comfortable. The carpets were filthy. It is a dog friendly hotel and the carpet in our room was filthy. It was covered in stains and smelled of urine. The volume on the TV did not work, so we were unable to turn it down.

Upfront the TV controller did not work. They had no one on site who could program it. The fix was for me move to another room on a different floor the next day. I was hung up on when I told them it was crap they had no one to fix it. I asked about cleaning a room which is by request. I was told at 8am, the day was full. Tiffiny was the nicest one on staff. But I will not return there or any other

There was confusion about the credit card used for incidentals. Staff at the front desk were telling us something completely different than people on the phone working for Wyndham. It was a frustrating mess checking in.
