Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage under the bed or trash hidden somewhere but it was definitely an issue. Other than that I don’t want to count this place out. Maybe it was just a busy weekend for them.

Jeremiah very welcoming and room was clean and hotel quiet. Will be back to visit

A comfortable place to stay close to Red Rocks.

This appears to be an older hotel that’s been remodeled. Because of that, room was real clean, which is most important. The knob for the shower must have been installed backwards because it was hard to get the temperature right in the shower. Slow elevator. Very friendly staff at the front desk. For one or two nights, this place is perfectly fine!

Fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend. Staff were lovely.

We only used the hotel for sleeping, did not use amenities. Everything was good.

It would of been a nice place to stay if the property was kept in better shape. has old mattresses all outside, the shower rod in my room was busted and the toilet was not attached to the floor.

It was a good stay for the price.

We are smokers staying at a non-smoking hotel- which is fine.. we went outside in the back of hotel out of respect to others and it smelled like dog pee everywhere. A guy had his motor home parked in back parking lot, basically at the back entrance to the hotel and he had 2 dogs that he allowed to pee on the steps to the back entrance, aka, reason why it smelled so terrible. Then- on several occasions on our 4 day stay, the back door would not open with our room key and we would have to walk the whole way around hotel to get back in or we would take a clothes hanger and prop door open so we could get back in. This hotel also does not have a good view of Colorado. In the middle of other hotels so not a good view. I wish I would have did more research before booking.

If you're looking for rest avoid this hotel. The walls are thin so you listen to neighbors TVs and musical instruments, the floor boards bounce when your neighbors decide to leap off the furniture to pound around, and if you have the misfortune to have multiple kids in the rooms around you, it's truly a nightmare. Not worth staying here.

Paulina was very friendly at check-in and got us to our room promptly. The property is a bit older but our room was updated and very comfortable.

Breakfast was terrible. cleaning people were good. Front desk staff was great.

Most housekeeping staff were fairly unfriendly, but there was on who was super friendly. Overall, it was an uneventful stay and the accommodations were adequate for my needs, however, it came across as a bit run down.

Nice stay. Clean rooms. Love the area. Close to Red Rocks. Will stay here again

The staff I interacted with were wonderful. The hotel was clearly bought and partially redone to open as a Hilton Spark. The room had an awful chemical smell, likely from paint or redoing the flooring. While the TV worked, the cable did not. The continental breakfast was limited; coffee was decent. All around, there are better hotels nearby and I will not return to the Spark.

good

No outlets by the bed- had to move the nightstand. Breakfast was very limited. Outside area pretty trashy in places and outside door on back did not work. Otherwise, it was okay.
