The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly!

We stayed 7 days, on days 3 and 4 we got back later in the day, the room has not been cleaned, no towels were left, the shampoo, etc in the shower were not filled. Complained the 1st night, they gave us fresh towels, same thing happenened next day. Said manager would contact us. never happened.

This hotel was excellent - extremely comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best. You won't make a mistake staying here!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was really clean and according to our needs. Staff were really nice and helpful, breakfast was great, the room was well equipped. Good tv with streaming services available. Location was really good for us - great neighbourhood and close enough to red rock amphitheatre. Nothing

Nice hotel - we had a fist floor room with large windows opening on the parking lot - room 110 - not the greatest privacy unless the drapes were closed. I guess we didn’t merit a nicer room but ok. No early check in. Staff was functional but not especially helpful

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is nicely updated, very clean, has a great pool and good morning breakfast and coffee. The staff was happy and available to help.

It was a nice hotel. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked the first day and the second day both elevators were broke, so we had to carry all our luggage down 3 and 4 flights of stairs. We had gotten 3 rooms, and they were all over the hotel, not even close to each other. The pool was ok, small for the amount of people that were there. One of our rooms the tv that had fallen off the wall and was on the floor. It had knocked over the table and lamp. (They did give us another room, still not close to the others)

Clean room, nice lobby atmosphere, great breakfast with healthy choices. Friendly staff.
