The last 2 1/2 weeks I was there they refused to clean my room with no explanation why I have been staying there on and off for almost 20 years and never before have they refused to clean my room. I will never stay there again

One bar of soap for washing hands and showering. Room smelt like cigarettes. Could hear guests below us through drains in the bathroom and kitchen. Had to get a second hotel for a guest who came with me because her license was expired and they would not let her stay there.

Great location and rooms. Will definitely use this place again!

It is next to Rt 285. Shopping is easy, Close to Walmart and Costco. You can walk to several restaurants nearby. There is no pans and pots. You need bring your own. Free self parking. Staff is very nice

Location is convenient Run down, not well maintained. Not clean. Smelled like an ash tray even thought each room was “non-smoking.”

To stay in my same room with this new confirmed booking, I would checkout and then check back in for my final stay from August 31st through September 6th. Again confirmation on booking had been received and reservation for this period had been paid in full. I left very early the morning of Aug. 31st for work and was called mid-morning by the hotel to be informed that I would not be able to check back in and my belongings needed to be collected or would be thrown away if not collected by 11:00 am. I was at work 150 miles away from the hotel and not able to leave. My stay was booked with a 3rd party and with the hotel canceling my reservation I was unable to get refunded for the Aug. 31st date. This was very inconvenient and frustrating since I had already stayed with this hotel for 30 days without any problems whatsoever. There was no forewarning that I would not be able to continue my stay until I received the phone call from the hotel, many hours after I had already left for wotk, so I was unable to get a refund for the Aug. 31st date, no place to stay that night and put me in a huge bind with collecting all my belongings so they would not be thrown away.

We stayed one night and our room smelled like a hamster cage. The smell was overwhelming and the bed was very uncomfortable.
