The property has a list of credit cards that they do not accept. This information is not available prior to booking. I arrived at the hotel & was informed at the front desk that I would need to use another credit card or I’d have to cancel my reservation. If I had not had another card with me during my trip I would have been severely inconvenienced.

This place was the most ghetto hotel I have stayed in a long time. It was super neat and worn. Room smell was gross. Kitchenette was like a cheap landlord maintained slum. All the doors to the unit look like they have been kicked in by police. I wore my slippers the whole time. Didn't want to touch the floor. The attributes were the bed was descend, and price. This place was just straight up gross!

Old, dirty, loud. Room smelled like cigarettes. A/C smelled like mold. Room didn’t look nearly as nice as the pics. This is a typical MOTEL that has permanent residents, they’re all the same.

Not very customer service friendly

We get to the room. I immediately notice the room is just horrible. But we figured that it was only for one night and we would make the best out of it. I go to use the restroom immediately and noticed that the toilet doesn’t flush. I knew this was gonna be an issue after seeing how the person named Anna treated the previous customer and how she acted about providing IDs. She gives me keys to another room and says go look at this one. I go in there and sure enough the toilet does not work in this restroom either. I go down and speak with her again and she says there is nothing I can do . I demand a refund.. and we left the immediately

Room had a weird odor. And the couch was dented in the middle. Bed was ok. Overall the room served the purpose for an over night stay.

Not clean at all

The only positive thing I have to say about the motel is the staff. They were very friendly and kind. The room was filthy. I did not feel safe. I would not stay there again.

Property overall clean, room was ok not bad for the price being paid. Staff was very welcoming.

Terrible

The couch was absolutely filthy. No hairdryer, shampoo, lotion, tissues ad only 1 roll of toilet paper. Never again

The room was clean. The kitchen was dated, and in need of an update. The property overall was a safe except for a few wandering people that I couldn't tell if they were staying there or not. The property was clean.

The floor was sticky. Bedside lamp didn't work. The bathroom tile was gaping and trapped water underneath cause the shower curtain is also too short to stay in the tub. The kitchenette doors didn't close cause they looked like the hinges were messed up. The air conditioner would randomly turn itself off even though I had it set to constant fan. The TV would randomly turn off while I was watching it. The door didn't close properly because it looked like it had been broken previously. The floor didn't seem swept. Under the bed was disgusting it was full of crumbs that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I almost debated leaving my lost shoe under there cause it was so gross. When it snowed and rained and the floor got wet the stickiness for soooooooo much worse. Idk if they're using a swiffer wet jet on "wood" flooring or if they're just putting too much cleaner in the solution but the floors audibly make a sticky sound when you walked on them. The towels had orange stains on them so I didn't even use them I just used them to mop up the water that was coming out from under the bathroom floor Everytime I stepped on it after water got trapped under it. Cause the shower curtain is just short enough that it doesn't stay in the tub when you shower and gets water all over the floor unless you point the showerhead at the wall. The showerhead only has one setting and that setting is pain. I have bruises from the water pressure

Lots of dog poo not picked up in grass areas. Floors in room were filthy dirty turned sockes black and any drop of water made floor sticky. No pressure in shower and had to search for hot water. Charging for dishes is ridiculous idea.
