Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver

I don’t like how they only do housekeeping every third day. We stayed five nights, and ran out of clean towels with the five people that were staying in the room. There was blood on the floor and toilet paper of the bathroom when we first walked in the room to use it. That was a little creepy. I had a hard time understanding the majority of the staff through their thick Indian accents. I won’t be staying at this place again. I would happily spend a few hundred dollars more to stay at a different hotel that has better amenities, is cleaner, and the staff cares for their guests.

The hotel overall could use an upgrade. Shower is old. Bed was very comfortable.

Great breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately they must be in the process of replacing mattresses, for when we checked in there was a new mattress standing up in the lobby, and our view from our room was of like 30 old and soiled mattresses in the back parking lot. On our last night, the elevator was out and lasted until the morning checkout. The staff was very apologetic but somehow there was only one person who could fix the elevator or something. We did enjoy our visit, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very good and kind. They could probably stand a few updates but otherwise a nice facility.

Great hotel! We had our dog with us, and For Kids, and everything went smoothly! Nice pool for the kids to have fun in, and the breakfast in the morning was just right.

Friendly staff, good breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles. potatoes, cereal, pastries and fruit). Shower would drip constantly and sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Small pool.

Lots of towels Most everything. Homeless present, dirty mattresses out out window piled by the dumpster, small bathroom, sink not on bathroom, old stains on sheets, lack of customer service , no bedding for the pullout couch bed for out son. I chose it for the 124.00 p4ice, and 8.2 rating which is very inflated on Booking, then was charged 196.00 for the 2nd night which I was not expecting. Way over priced for that place.

Front desk guy was very nice. Room was nice. Air conditioning worked wonderful. Pool was very small. Only 5 feet deep. Limited parking especially arriving after midnight.

The hotel was easy to get to. The breakfast was a typical breakfast. The pool is a bit small; there was mold in the sink in our room. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

So awdome service...

The TV is useless, the AC/ fan cant be set to run overnight, the kids can’t use the pool if there is already 3 kids in there- it is a very small pool. We were in a suite, and when we turned the tv on in one room, it would come back on in the other room. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. All continental breakfasts are a little cheap and don’t have many options, but this one is the worst I have seen in years.

Hotel worked for our purposes as we were not in the room much. Conveniently located and easy to get in and out. Breakfast was good and convenient. We asked several times for an extra pillow and were told that they didn’t have any extras which seemed odd; even after explaining that we were using both beds and the sofa couch. The gym was underwhelming and useless…One “utility machine” and a treadmill. Overall, it was a fine experience

Easy parking, close to the highway, good breakfast on the go - would recommend .
