Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver

The room was clean for the most part & most of the common areas were clean. The elevator was super clunky and loud, not a huge deal though. The towels were thrown under the bathroom vanity sloppily and a couple were stained. The inside and outside of the hotel could use an update for the price they are charging. The luggage carts need to be cleaned or replaced entirely & I think that common use counter tops and things of the sort should be cleaned better/more frequently. Glass doors were dirty throughout the property. 5 queen pillows were provided for a king bed... which would be fine if all 5 of them weren't as lumpy as they were.

Everything was pretty good! We have only overslept there , but the location is great , breakfast and facilities as well.

Exceptional

Clean, spacious room, great TV and light blocking panels on the window. Quality hot breakfast. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order and we had carry our luggage up a flight of stairs.

Location The elevator was out for the three days we were there. My husband had loaded the cart before we knew, so he tried to bring it up the three landing steps before bringing it inside to carry everything up a flight of stairs. The room had a strange smell. And the furniture was stiff and uncomfortable. The WiFi also kept going in and out.

We checked in and we booked our hotel through hotels, and the hotel did not tell us that their elevator was down still have not been able to get anything compensated or anything cause it was a big inconvenience

Elevator was broken our entire stay, put us on the highest floor. Sucked.

The room was tidy, but there were some stains on the bed and lamps. Otherwise, it was a very clean room. The staff were very nice, we had a handicapped person with us and got all of the accommodations we needed, since the elevator was broken.

Other than the elevator not working this property exceeded expectations. Clean, a truly wonderful room at the end of a moving day.

Great location and the young male staff member was very friendly. The hotel could have been a little clear. The carpet in the 1st floor hall was dirty. I am sure staffing is an issue but felt a little more attention to detail would make all the different.

The elevator was not working 3rd floor my knees pop every step but it was a great unexpected exercise

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpfull. Always cheerful.

The elevator was broken and I was injured. They didn't have a downstairs room available and the side door had steps that went up then down then up to get to the door to then go upstairs. Other than that, it was a basic place to sleep for the night. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. The staff was polite but not really helpful. I will try a different place next time I'm in town.

Exceptional

The gentleman at the front desk was super sweet. He was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were in excellent shape and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 night with our small dog and we all enjoyed our stay!
