Holiday Inn Denver Lakewood by IHG

The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and was actually getting new carpeting while we were there. Our room service everyday was excellent. Only complaint would be no full length mirror in the room. Other than that, excellent.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable!

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was the hours of the restaurant, but the staff in the restaurant was nice.

Good relatively low cost option for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff good.

The barking dogs were very annoying. i will not stay in another dog friendly hotel. this was my first and last time. i will be checking for that option anytime i look for a hotel again. The only breakfast options were at the restaurant, not even coffee in the lobby. the k-cups machines in the room were available but no way to tell if there were cleaned between guests, mine looks pretty cruddy. The front desk staff refused to print out my receipt during checkout and said it would be emailed, it was not emailed when i checked just then. they still refused to print it saying i was booked through a third party. the desk staff was more interested in the videos on his phone than discussing the issue and options with me.

It was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was nice The breakfast was over priced and not that great. Mushy waffles and very slow and poor service.

We stayed for 3 days, everything was very nice. They have a restaurant attached that if you get breakfast with your room, is very good. We ate lunch a couple of times. Breakfast every morning. Great. The pool was very nice, it was outside. So we spent a day at the pool after wedding activities. It was nice to enjoy the sun and relax..

Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. We consider the bathroom layout the best. A nice big walk in shower with a shower head that sprays a very comfortable spray and not one that could strip paint. We love the mirror that is lighted all the around. The restaurant is excellent here. We ate there 3 times. This place has their act together offering a high quality product at a competitive price. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel was clean and modern. The area felt safe and was well lit outside at night. Not much room to place our toiletry bags in the bathroom when getting ready in the morning. There were 3 desk clerks when I walked in to check in. All three were busy. 2 of them finished with their guests and neither of them acknowledged me or let me know they would be right with me. The third clerk finished with her guest and asked if she could help me. I think her name was Lashonda. I thought it rude that the other two wouldn’t at least acknowledge me.

At a great price for a last minute stay!

The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating when I asked to be moved away from the ice machine.
