$20 per day to park unless you use the street meter parking. It is free 9pm-9am and on Sundays. It’s on an app so you can do it from your phone. Only .80 per hour. Cheaper on the street and better lit. The parking dark was scary dark and unsafe. I complained to desk about parking deck lack of lighting. There were absolutely no lights. I had to use my cell phone flashlight. Don’t pay for deck! It was not safe and expensive. With the meters on the street you programmed how long you wanted. No feeding the meter with coins.

It fit our needs for our time there. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Rooms seemed “cold” in decor and carpeting in hallways needed to be updated.

Hallways were dirty. TV was not positioned in room correctly. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Didn’t like the fee to park in garage. Room was clean.

The location was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was awesome. Overall was a nice stay. The hallway carpets, elevators and hallway frunishing were a dirty, and well worn.

The room was very clean & bed comfortable. There was a nice variety for breakfast & food fresh & hot. There was always a bowl of apples sitting out which was great for a late evening snack. The location is very handy for going to the state fair. We will definitely stay here again!

We were in room 202 right next to the garage very loud. Garage was poorly lit two of the nights we stayed there housekeeping didn’t show on a regular basis, even though we were told they would be there every other day.

Have stayed in several hotels in Des Moines and this one I would definitely stay at again.

Hotel very quiet. Parking garage connected to the hotel and there is also street parking. Very clean. Limited towels. Bed firm. Breakfast options good

Lobby was clean and good location. Air worked well in the room. Hallway was grungy looking - stained/dirty floors. Bed in the room was not comfortable. Minimal water pressure when taking a shower. Paying for parking.

It was an "okay" stay. The dead bugs in the comforter kind of ruined the entire stay.
