I'll pass

The lady at the front desk was incredible! 10/10 would stay here again

Breakfast was just ok. Typical free hotel breakfast. Need updates. Dark, no USBs and while it was clean enough, the mold around the sink and stains in the bathroom shower curtain just shows that it needs an update

Pleasant

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here! The room was large and clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Superb

location was good. big carcasses in bathroom light. A/C sounded like a comment truck while mixing concrete.

My room was a good size, with modern décor and a useful kitchenette area. The reception staff were also very helpful in directing me to the nearby pickup point for the shuttle bus to the Iowa State Fair. The impressive State Capitol is well worth visiting and only a 10–15-minute walk from the hotel. The surrounding area was very quiet during my stay, although this was on a Sunday evening. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but most were largely deserted that evening. Breakfast was served downstairs and offered a good selection of both hot and cold items. Overall, this was a peaceful and convenient place for an overnight stay in Des Moines. I am not sure there would be enough in the immediate area to occupy me for more than a couple of nights, but it suited my visit very well.

Great staff and good breakfast

Location was perfect for my needs.

The free laundry facilitates only need to bring soap and dryer sheets. The cocktail hours with appetizers.

The elevator floor tiles were missing and the ones left were dirty. Dust and dirt around the hallway edges.

Exceptional

Terrific location, great happy hour, nice staff. Would definitely stay here again

The room was not cleaned properly. Had to go out to purchase sheets and towels. Over charged for parking. I got bit with insects all about my body... The air was extremely dry in the room, what could only mean that the a/c vent was not clean.

The room was great the only thing was the noise from refrigerator kept us up. It needs to be replaced. It was also warm in the room even with the air conditioner on The morningbreakfast was great. Psrking was goodand the staff was very pleasant. .

Very good

Room setup worked great for our family of 5. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast wasn't that great.
