Enjoyable stay, comfortable and clean. Convenient location and helpful staff

Very clean, friendly staff, bar on the rooftop is amazing.

First off , the lady at the front check-in had a corn cob up her butt apparently as she was to put it mildly crabby. Then we were charged $35 for parking our HC vehicle. (Apparently you purchase a spot and if we had not had a hc placard we would have had NO parking). However, when we returned from the ballpark, all the HC parking was full! So we sat there not knowing what to do. I had to search for over 10 minutes to find their phone number (which of course was NOT easily found ANYWHERE on their website). When I finally found it and called, I was told we had to wait til someone left ??? What?? We paid $35 a night for a shared spot?? And wait- that wasn’t even all - the rain shower didnt work (and yes we knew how to use it) mentioned it to staff, was told we didnt know how to work it. Breakfast was great so there was one plus I guess. Certainly not work $300 for breakfast lol. My advice. Go somewhere else

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful, they suggested other parking options than their underground parking at $35 a day cost. The disappointment of this hotel was the breakfast that I paid for , turned out to be yogurt, granola bars, plain croissants and coffee, was told there were not kitchen staff since it was a holiday. From past stays at AC hotels, the breakfast was an elaborate buffet with a European vibe. Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants or other attractions!

Would not come back

We got no sleep—our room was right next to the elevator. It was incredibly loud all night long.
-
Easy access. We wood for a wedding and location was great on and out It was great.

staff did not point out the VERY important fact that you could not use the elevator without your room key. my kids and i thought the elevator wasn't working. Then, i went upstairs to the restaurant to get food and didn't bring a key because my kids were in the room. i couldn't use the elevator and i got locked out of the hallway to the stairs. it's a good thing i brought my phone so i could call one of my kids to rescue me!!!!! Another guest in the elevator informed my daughter that we needed the key to operate it. that is a pretty important piece of information to share with a guest that is paying 250 a night and traveling with kids. what if i had sent a kid down to the lobby without a key? they could of ridden down with a guest with a key, then got stranded without a way to get back up!!!!

All around an okay stay.
-
Location was great I expected a better room for paying over $200. Marks on the walls, doors missing pieces in the hallway from being kicked, bathroom faucet was loose, shower door was noisy and wouldn’t close all the way and there was something yellow on the ceiling above the bed. The bed was also really firm and wasn’t comfortable and one of the lights on the under desk kept flickering. Plus I had to pay over $30 for parking at their facility and breakfast wasn’t included.

Bathroom lighting is horrible.
-
Staff members were unfriendly. Train your staff members to treat everyone as equal no matter what guests look like.
-
Room 510 is directly under the weight room so you can hear people dropping the weights to the floor.

when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation. This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with Expedia. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!
