Each room allows one vehicle space, which meant my friend had to park her vehicle 2 blocks away in a parking garage for the night. The rooms in front of me, whike checking in, reserved 2 rooms and only used 1 space, so when I asked about that space being freed up, I was told the extra spot was already taken. Then before the night concluded, another staff member said there were no "passes" and no one really checks the parking lot and she could've parked there. BUT, I believe the overnight parking was cheaper than the hotel parking fee if you are able to walk the 2 blocks!

Parking was very small and very tight. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, courteous and helpful. When we asked her for dinner recommendations her suggestion did not disappoint. The lobby was very blah and not very welcoming. Our room was extremely spacious and probably the biggest bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel. However, the shower and tub were in need of some help. The caulking where the shower walls meet the tub had black spots in it. I could not tell if it was dirt or mold. And on the outside base of the tub something had been removed because you could see lots of old adhesive. The baseboards throughout the bathroom were also not in good shape. The main sleeping area was clean and decent enough for a 1 night stay but as a whole wasn’t up to my expectations for the price.

I would like to say the hotel it self was great and rooms were awesome but you really could revise your breakfast it was awful first off having polish sasage instead of breakfast sausage was a let down also the cream cheese was not kept cold and there was no white milk for breakfast cereal and the orange juice was hot so get the breakfast right and you have a wonderful hotel all the other places that do breakfast have a great breakfast and makes you want to go back

Close in location to events we were going to Didn’t know we had to pay for parking, breakfast wasn’t extra food brought out
-
Great view and close to walking trails and attractions. High price for a one night stay.

This hotel was fine, not worn or outdated but we stayed for 5 days and they never cleaned our room, even though we asked. There was a lightbulb missing, which they replaced the first night, which was nice. And there were issues with extending our stay. They said it was fixed but when we came back after a long day, our key card didn't work because it wasn't communicated to the day person.

I liked the size of the room, it was spacious and tall ceilings The room could of been great but the floor carpet had an old stain, there was a cricket and fly in the room somehow and they never came to clean the room. Also didnt have body wash filled and only half rolls of TP and no extra so we ran out morning leaving. It was a more expensive room so just expected a little better. Then saw a random small charge the day after I left of 2.80$ which is an odd charge that should not be.

I didn’t like how LOUD the room doors shut. I had a sleepless first night. The frontline moved me to a different floor and I was able to catch up on sleep that night. Staff is polite and understanding. Breakfast options and area were nice. No swimming pool! Make sure to pick a room with the river view! Beautiful!

When we went in to check in the guy working never greeted us or looked up. He was on the computer for at least 3 minutes before acknowledging us. The beds were not comfortable at all. It felt like you could feel the mattress springs poking through the mattress. Everything in the room felt damp due to the humidity and the AC not being on. The breakfast was good.
