Comfort Inn & Suites Event Center

Great location to the Casey's Center (Wells Fargo) for the Hockey game we were attending. Staff was amazing and helped us find a deck of cards to pass the time following the Hockey game. We made sure to return these to the front desk. Breakfast is fantastic. We stay here quite often for sporting events and it is always a great place.

Rooms/furniture needs up dated.roof leaking in breakfast area.tvs need to be smart tv. Pool says it's heated it was definitely not! View was great looking at river.

Older hotel that felt retrofitted.

We didn’t really use the breakfast or the pool but clean comfy rooms! Nice staff very friendly.

No complaints, staff was helpful, clean room, nice property.

Stayed one night with my son. Downtown location convenient and ample parking. Did not use the pool. Staff weren’t unkind but not real friendly either. Travel brochure area needed to be restocked and brochures for the Wisconsin Dells, WI area replaced with brochures for the Des Moines, IA area. Room was clean and comfortable but the television had very limited channels and no options to stream movies/shows or rent them. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice with ample options.

Beautiful view and the staff was super friendly. The room was as advertised, the breakfast was very good with tons of choices. The location is amazing with lots to see within walking distance. The beds were a little uncomfortable. That was the only thing we did not like about this location. If you prefer a firm bed this place is amazing.

Took our pets and it was perfect for our cat and dog. Breakfast was great and the eating area was clean. Dated, but well maintained full service hotel Dated.

The property was clean, the area was safe. You could see the river outside your window. Close drive to eating establishments.

Breakfast was great

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very expansive and we enjoyed all the options available. Getting in the parking lot and navigating it was a bit frustrating. The location of the hotel was a bit confusing to find with Google Maps.

Clean room, a little frenzy tub, but overall good. I wish I had a room with the view of the Capitol. Breakfast was great, staff great all around.
