Staff name lasean is the best. Rooms r super dirty bad smell in rooms its not worth the money u cant sleep coz of smell n moisture. Didn't expect that bad experience from quality inn but it happened.

Loved how convenient this was to the Riverwalk!!! The shuttle on weekends was also great & would recommend if you are staying & plan to go to a game. Rooms were small, but had everything necessary & were clean. Internet was not good at the far end, but the wonderful staff were able to accommodate our request to move & were great throughout the stay. Good value with great location.

The room was clean and well-maintained. There is a free on-demand shuttle service that will take you to any nearby location (and pick you up), saving you a good amount on taxis/ubers. And free parking!

The Staff was helpful and the location was perfect They never had coffee. My room coffee maker needed a tray.

I liked that it had a parking lot and the staff at check in were super friendly. Upon entering the facility, there were homeless people outside which made my kids uncomfortable. Teens were practicing driving in the parking lot with an undesirable smell. Once we checked in we had to walk through a bit of a rub down small tight hallway to get to the stairs up to our room. Walking to the room we were followed by a man with no shoes and shirt. Upon entering the room, the carpet was torn, the air smelt like cigarette smoke, and the bed was stained. There was undesirable body part's hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Carpet was ripped and stained as well. Turned around and left right away

I paid for a king suite and received a room with 2 double beds.

Close to comerica park Kinda a rough area and lots of noise

Decent location I paid for a king suite and received a room with 2 double beds.

Parking lot was dirty, room was dirty, shower was not completely clean, first room we went into the air conditioner did not work so we had to move. Staff was friendly and helping us change rooms. Shuttle driver was very nice.

Very little breakfast selection. Very noisy area. The TV channels were not digital so it looked like everything was snow on the channel and some channels didn't even have audio

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was not good, bathroom was falling apart.
