Loved how convenient this was to the Riverwalk!!! The shuttle on weekends was also great & would recommend if you are staying & plan to go to a game. Rooms were small, but had everything necessary & were clean. Internet was not good at the far end, but the wonderful staff were able to accommodate our request to move & were great throughout the stay. Good value with great location.

The room was clean and well-maintained. There is a free on-demand shuttle service that will take you to any nearby location (and pick you up), saving you a good amount on taxis/ubers. And free parking!

Terrible do not stay
-
Parking lot was dirty, room was dirty, shower was not completely clean, first room we went into the air conditioner did not work so we had to move. Staff was friendly and helping us change rooms. Shuttle driver was very nice.

Very close to downtown and the shuttle service was great
-
All good Thank you

Very little breakfast selection. Very noisy area. The TV channels were not digital so it looked like everything was snow on the channel and some channels didn't even have audio
-
Bed was completely busted. Brung up to front desk and said he knew about it and to deal with it making me have to sleep on floor will not return if it was even offered worst money spent do not waste your time

Staff asomb Parking dangerous

they had bed bugs and the breakfast tasted terrible, the pictures they have online also don’t match the rooms.

The building looked a tad rundown but the room was very nice and clean. Within walking distance from downtown as well

This hotel was WAY overpriced. It was extremely hot out- the air conditioner said 68 degrees and it was literally cooler outside than in the room. There was about a 4” space to walk through between the bed and the tv stand to get to the bathroom- if you have a mobility issue- good luck. The fridge also appeared as though it was working and probably would have worked more like a microwave had we needed to use it. For 190 dollars, I was extremely disappointed and had I not been so tired and there for more time I would have complained more. Oh yeah- the bathroom door didn’t shut, the Tv was fuzzy and we were barely able to see the picture, and the bathroom vent looked as though it was going to fall on our head. I am not one to complain, so I know this was bad. You can find better lodging elsewhere!

dirty, A/C was clunky. checked out day early to different motel
-
Once again loved Rich and the shuttle!
-
Not very good. The room was okay but they gave half used toilet papers in the bathroom. And everything is pretty old. One of the staff (short white lady) was very rude. Not recommended.
-
Arrived at 12:30 after a long delay at airport. Bed wasn't made; room smelled of cigarettes.
-
Only in a pinch. Weed smoke all night long, rooms are maintained to the best of the staffs ability but very old/ musty and extensive wear and tear. An inexpensive choice often isn’t a good one. Staff was lovely and very accommodating with what they had to work with but it’s a regretful stay

something short of in the breakfast room. The young la d y with two female teenagers asked her to fill up eggs. She ignored and let them wait till giving up! There was no beacon no sausage. The name 「Quality」Inn is such a joke!

This is a good basic hotel for one or two nights. The free continental breakfast was convenient. Staff were friendly. Convenient location near downtown. The shower was a little tricky to work and the faucet was loose, but overall room was adequate and looks like it was updated recently.
