Hotel was disgusting and not in the best location. Rooms are actually outdoor entry. The room smelled of cigarette smoke so strongly it made my throat hurt instantly and not suitable for someone with breathing problems, asthma. The carpeting was sticky and gross. We didn’t stay, asked for refund and were declined. Don’t stay here unless you have no other option and even then, I wouldn’t.

The shuttle driver Richard was great. The room was clean. The security doors from the outside did not lock.

The room was too small to hold a King sized bed, which left no room to walk to the bathroom. The TV reception was poor and full of static, and the refrigerator didn't work at all. Room service was only available if you requested it, and the space for the breakfast was insufficient. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The issues started before we even walked inside. The parking lot is absolutely covered in trash and filled with massive, car-damaging potholes. Once inside, the stairwells smelled strongly of urine. To top it off, we had a mixed experience with the staff—one shuttle driver was a total jerk, the midnight parking lot security employee was asleep in his truck. The only saving grace was room 254 itself. It was very large and uniquely equipped with two refrigerators and two A/C units. It also appeared clean and was well-stocked with plenty of linens. However, actually sleeping was a challenge because the bed had a huge dip right in the middle of it. Overall, the room size doesn't make up for how run-down and neglected the property is. I will not be staying here again.

There was a couple good points... AC unit worked well, was noisy, but that helped drown out the craziness outside, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't try the continental breakfast, we just wanted to leave as soon as we woke up.

This is a dated motel. However! The staff was very helpful, the beds were comfy, rooms clean, and easy to get to downtown. The bathrooms were nice and updated. For a fraction of the cost that it is to stay right downtown we will be back!

Sink in bathroom clogged. Asked for clean towels and an extra blanket and that wasn’t received well.

The worker at the front desk was nice and helpful I had to change rooms, the sink was stopped up, television didn't work

Staff that helps us checked in was so nice but I regret staying in this hotel. Our room smells so bad and the sheets looks used and just straighten up for others to use. It is really hard to sleep with the smell. We stayed here just to sleep. I hope they can fix it.

Outside of the property was dirty but the inside of room was very clean. Outside dirtiness

Our room was very dirty: carpets not vacuumed, floor in bathroom not swept and surfaces had not been wiped down. There were red stains on the carpet. Property claims to be non-smoking but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was very kind and helpful though.

Rooms are ok, not clean but not disgusting. Staff was so nice and friendly. Coffee in morning was hot and fresh

I could not sleep due to loud music being played outside and folks partying. Woke up at 3:30am to arguing. It’s located on a main traffic road, so you hear all of that noise. It was very disappointing based on how the website marketed the property as a hotel. I didn’t feel very safe due to folks hanging outside. And, I was too exhausted after driving for 8-hours to move to another hotel. Would not recommend this place.
-
Short distance to public transportation Way over priced. Room very small for price. Suppose to have free shuttle service yet driver wouldn't respond but told by staff that they just show up during running hours.

Unfortunately the tv was not working and the staff member couldn’t do much, there were no other rooms available. They did use the plunger to clear the toilet that was not working properly. Close to everything, but I expect a discount for not having the room working properly.

The only thing clean about the hotel was the room. The hotel is very run down and dirty inside and out. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and when food ran out it never got replenished. That’s the last time I would ever stay there and I would not recommend thus hotel to anyone.

TV and the phone didn't work. First room smelled like smoke so bad. It's a motel that is worth about $50 a night.
