Very cool hotel with nice restaurants and very helpful and friendly staff!

Best place to stay when visiting downtown Detroit
-
The room was excellent. We appreciated the sound machine and water jug in the fridge. Bed was comfortable and pillows were excellent!! And I’m picky 😅 We will definitely return next time in Detroit.
-
Amazing property and restaurants in downtown Detroit 10 min walk to Ford Field or the ballpark. Beautiful building

Beautiful property! Great Kitchen!

Only note to add a shop with snacks Iike element has- was hungry at midnight too late to Uber Eats

The hotel is newly renovated. The room was a well appointed efficiency suite. Comfortable for a stay longer than our two nights. Housekeeping should be offered daily for the room price. Kitchen is well appointed with premium appliances. Staff are friendly and helpful. Roof top bar is a great spot in downtown Detroit. The only problem we had was with valet parking. It was always slow and inefficient even though we used the app to order our car in advance. On our last morning with a plane to catch and no one else waiting the valet service couldn't locate our vehicle and it took 40 minutes from the time we ordered our car to actually get into it.

Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed staying there. Check-in was easy and staff were very polite.

Incredible place with amazing, spacious, immaculately decorated rooms; great restaurants with top food and drinks; and the gym is next level

I love this hotel! My room was amazing. The view was breathtaking! So glad I booked with them.

Beautiful hotel. The ambiance definitely makes up for the service. A few times we needed assistance and the people at the concierge/front desk were just indifferent on assisting. Perhaps it’s because the building has so many things going on. There’s people who apparently live there, weddings going on, a roof top restaurant (that’s somehow not part of the hotel, but is ??), 3 other restaurants that are also part of the hotel, but not at the same time. We made reservations to the rooftop restaurant, but when we went up, the rooftop views were closed for a private party. Do everyone had to sit on short stools and huddle in little pockets by the bar. You’re given a good and drink voucher when you check in, but can only use them on one thing at one place. Definitely could be better. Love the amenities in the room, the body wash was incredible.

This was our second stay at Roost and it was equally as enjoyable as the first. We will be back!

Very friendly staff!!! Very clean room!!!
-
Absolutely amazing! Best hotel in the city of Detroit… the food, the atmosphere, the architecture, the staff! 10/10

Everything was great about the stay. Unfortunately at no fault of the hotels the AC went out in my room and they fixed it at 1am.

The bathroom was small. We thought you guys had a pool. The bathroom was clean, but it looks like it had mold starting to grow in it. It just wasn’t what we expected, but it was a great day and everything was nice besides those little things.

So attention when you check out because you can be charged for nothing.

Don’t like the fact that I paid all that money for that hotel just to get and had to pay another $250 deposit then had to pay another $50 a night for parking they did not a have a swimming pool you had to pay for breakfast that’s not even worth it the menu for it the breakfast was small and pricey

From the staff to the apartment everything was perfect, the amenities are wonderful, would definitely come back it’s a beautiful building

This has been one of my best hotel stays. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and close waking distance to a lot of things downtown. I absolutely loved my stay.
