Residence Inn Miami Airport West/Doral

Passable

I enjoyed the ambience and helpful staff.

The location Coffee for guest was almost everyday cold . I had to ask for clean towels at days the towels were supposed to be changed Breakfast was not what I aspected as before For people who only eat chicken as meat were the options nihil, On 1 or 2 days in the week you had turkey patties When I came to check in , I almost waited more than half hour before everything about payment the hotel could finalize because the manager was busy with something else at that moment and the lady at the front desk needed help of the manager because she did not know why the payment was not going through And mind you , I did paid everything before arriving through booking .com. But after a while everything was fine, but after a long flight you just want to go to your room not wait so long at the front desk for an answer

Clean room, new furniture, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Excelente location

Exceptional

The rooms were clean, the staff was always helpful with any questions I had, breakfeast was amazing and variety

Great for a vacation stay. Room was a nice size and clean. Staff was nice & helpful. Light breakfast was included! Just wish the pool was a little bigger lol. But overall it was a great stay!

Great staff !!

The rom was clean. The breakfast need more variation The breakfast selection could have offered more variety in bread toppings.

It was nice. The room was spacious & comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was also very nice. My only complaints are: 1. There was no trash bin in the washroom/bathroom. I think one should be, especially for female guests. 2. USB & C-port type charging outlets would be a convenient, modern additional feature.

Clean spacious rooms, good value for the money.

Rooms were clean, staff were great, breakfast was good. Location was great for what we needed. Only thing I didn't like was paid parking. Overall, it was a great stay, will book again.

Superb

very good place to stay but charge $8 to parking！

No too much of Breakfast

Very poor

Exceptional

The push cart was handy especially when we were checking out. Only thing parking was difficult if you come in after 11PM but the reception was very understanding and gave a card which we placed on the front of our windshield.

Excellent place for large families. Spacious and very clean rooms.
