Residence Inn Miami Airport West/Doral

The push cart was handy especially when we were checking out. Only thing parking was difficult if you come in after 11PM but the reception was very understanding and gave a card which we placed on the front of our windshield.

Excellent place for large families. Spacious and very clean rooms.

Este es un buen hotel las habitaciones son amplias y la cocina está muy limpia, el desayuno es muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio al cliente (los chicos del frente) los chicos son muy pocos amables y serviciales, aveces yo sentía que los estaba molestando cuando les preguntaba algo y sentí que no limpiaban bien la alfombra de la habitación, pero después todo bien, el área de la piscina muy bien y limpia.

The family enjoyed the breakfast option. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend to any family. We took the shuttle to the airport and that was one of the main reason we chose this hotel. Location was also convenient, near restaurants and shopping center. The luggage cart was nowhere to be found and we had seven large suitcases. The front desk staff even did a round to see if they found it on any of the floors, but someone took it to their room and did not return it. Recommend you have 2-3 luggage carts or demand that guest return it by taking down their room number when they borrow it.

Todo muy limpio, el hotel bien u izado y la habitación cómoda, solo que el colchón del sofá cama estaba muy desgastado y mi hijo se levantó adolorido. Por lo demás todo bien

It was closed to all necessary location that I went. Every thing was okay for me

The property was well maintained and very clean. However, I did have a few concerns with the staff. I asked about turning on the fire pit that had been lit the previous evening, and a staff member told me it didn’t work. I then asked if it had mysteriously stopped working that day since it had clearly been operating the night before. The staff member replied that it hadn’t worked for quite some time and then walked away without offering any further explanation. I also requested an extra set of sheets and was told that none were available. Later, I discovered there were extra sheets in the closet. A simple response letting me know they were already available in the room would have been much more helpful.Other than those interactions, I have no complaints about my stay. The property itself was very nice and well kept. I do believe the staff would benefit from being more knowledgeable about the property’s amenities and accommodations, as some staff members seemed well informed while others did not.

Room cleaning Service was so bad we stayed 5 Nights the third day I asked to make up our room and bring toilet paper as we were 5 persons.

Good for a family stay at a Residence Inn

The only two issues I would point out are that the ice machine on the 6th floor was completely out of service during our stay, and the sofa bed definitely needs to be upgraded. The mattress was in very poor condition. As a family of five, one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed each night, and it was extremely uncomfortable—you could literally feel the metal frame through the mattress. We ended up taking turns sleeping on it so the discomfort wasn’t always on the same person, but it still made for a very poor night’s sleep. Replacing the sofa bed mattress would make a big difference for families staying at the hotel.

The room was very clean. I did my normal wipe down and the wipe was still clean. The suite off was perfect for a family. We had two beds and a sofa, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would have changed was the staff who greeted me. I’m used to staff letting you know the hours of the amenities or some type of small talk. My mom also stayed her and said she did get that info upon arrival. Maybe I just got the wrong person. I’d add this hotel to my favorites and would stay here again.
