Breakfast was awful

Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable. Location was great if your going to Kings Dominion. Easy on/off for the freeway. I would stay there again if in the area.
-
Fairly clean not the best. Breakfast was not very good

AC broke , smells bad

It's an average hotel close to KD. Can't beat the location to the park but it is showing its age. Breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were horrid and could not be eaten. My son and I literally spit it out. They need at least two waffle machines. There was no variety. The coffee was just light brown water. The sausage was ok both mornings.

Great location if you just need to get some rest for one night. Rooms are smaller than advertised. Queen beds felt like a full. No television service, wi-fi was horrible, toilets had to be flushed multiple times to flush toilet, walls are paper thin and there is a train that runs behind the property.

There for business. Great stay! Helpful staff!

If you are going to Kings Dominion it’s right across the road. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend.

Pool was nice

Everything about it is either dated or cheaply remodeled. Like the shower, the knobs for the shower are knee high, probably there was a bathtub before and they took the easiest route to replace it. Rugs are dated. Hallways with clutter. And the cherry on top is that it is located on a train track so if you're sensitive to noise - be aware. If it was priced appropriately then there would have been no reason for this critic but they pretend to be something that they're not and should be penalized for that.

Everything Can't think of anything we didnt like.

Room was fine. Floor in common spaces needed cleaning. Elevator floor and walls were noticeably dirty. Room had a musty smell and fan in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was mediocre. We asked if there was milk for the cereal and were given a partially frozen gallon of milk to use. It was not appealing. Proximity to Kings Dominion is as good as you can get. It is right across the street. There were railroad tracks behind the room but we did not hear any trains. Could be because we ran the air conditioning fan.
