Days Inn by Wyndham Kings Dominion/Doswell

Staff at check in didn’t know how to apply hotel.com and proceeded to cause a scene and forced me to call and fix their error. She involved another guest showing him my information and shouted that my payment was declined when it wasn’t; it was her error. Totally unacceptable. At checkout they did not even ask about our stay and due to the abrasive and humiliating treatment at checkin, we were hesitant to complain in front of other guests. Do not recommend. Was supposed to follow up with me in 24-48 hours after we contacted hotels.com; it has been 4 days with no follow up from property manager. They clearly don’t care about their guests.

Had a great time here clean rooms great breakfast and right next to the amusement park.

Location The lock on the door was broken. It was very unsafe without a lock, Staff was very rude. They never cleaned our room during two days there. Did not give us clean towel's

Cool place next to the park

Bathroom was had human hair everywhere. On the shampoo and the soap dispensers. Really gross. Had to leave.

The location was perfect for Kings Dominion and the pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of driving. Could have microwaves in the room or even one in the lobby for reheating food. But when I asked I was able to use the one in the office-super sweet and really appreciate it.

Rooms could use an update. the outside stairwells, could use a good power washing. air conditioner's were not as cold as they should be. Pool had to much chlorine and not good filter system.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it appears that the owners are not investing in keeping up the property, as my stay was a lot worse than last year. My room was not clean. The furniture had spilled stuff from the previous guest, and the sink was not clean. The bathtub should actually be replaced, as it had severe rust stains and I did not feel comfortable taking a shower or bath. I also saw hair in the bathtub so it was not clean. Also I had trouble sleeping because the window curtain was too small so my room was not dark. It's a shame this hotel is going downhill because it's so close and convenient to Kings Dominion, but I'll be staying at hotels further away.

The property was clean our room was clean as well I love that it’s close to Kings Dominion like walking distance and the pool was clean as well It was some man walking around seem a little weird but he didn’t bother us at all

Clean, comfortable, great hot water. Location was excellent as we were going to kings dominion the next day. Quiet Coffee station in office didn't have any artificial sweetener. We had 2 shampoos and no bodywash in the shower.
