The bar was there but never open. You can only enter at the main entrance as the key reader on the east end of the property didnt work. My room smelled like an old basement and most of everything was old or really worn. Plus the guy who painted the walls got more paint on everything but the walls. I had a kit cat from the vending machine and it was so old it had melted in the package. The TV had to be turned on manually and the remote only change channels not even volume. There was biscuits and gravy for breakfast and waffle makers plus a toaster and bread, cereal, terrible coffee. Also no phone to contact anyone.

Access doors around property don’t lock but there are cameras all over.

Bathroom fan was inoperable, told staff Saturday morning, a note was made but no action was taken to fix the issue. Bar was not open.

The lock to our room does not work well. We have to try it a a lot of times before we were ablet to get in.

Found black bugs crawling in morning; pool was ice cold; sauna - had trouble finding it as there was no signage, couldn't find light switch, and no idea how to run it; staff was friendly; booked a king room but asked for it to be handicap accessible - was told room we booked was on 2nd floor with no elevator so had to book a queen on main floor and rooms only have tub. After seeing bugs, we didn't try to eat breakfast there. Room did appear clean otherwise and was impressed that even the tv remote was in a plastic bag covering. We did figure out the air conditioner but again, was not that easy to run and it appeared to be on a timer as room got hot in middle of night. Did not sleep well although bed wasn't bad either. Also, several light bulbs in room were either missing or burned out. We did report to the hotel directly so hopefully they can fix some of these things!

The room space was good. That the room didn't have everything that was promised in the description on the website. There was no sauna in the room or no washer and dryer.
