Loved the pool,hot tub and the breakfast was fantastic....

The breakfast was a little disappointing. We were there for four days and there were eggs 1 out of the 4. Also, I was disappointed to see that all of the plates and silverware for breakfast were disposable. It would have been nice to have reusable items. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.

Carpet in both of our rooms had burn holes in them. Sink had no stopper. Hot tub was ice cold unable to use. Bed was comfortable

I liked the washer/dryer. Very efficient The refrigerator was off kilter, so I had to use plastic coffee cup lids to try to balance it. The freezer section was iced over.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Each day had to ask for assistance. Food was disgusting with the exception of the waffles, which you make yourself. Will NOT be visiting again. These are honest answers. Plus the amount of money I spent and I didn't even receive a bottle of water

Perfect for a 1 night stay! Only complaint was that our room was supposed to have a tub which it did but there was no way to plug the drain to give my toddler a bath. We managed though!

The breakfast was disappointing. Stayed 3 days in a row and all had some sort of sausage each time, no bacon? The whole breakfast needs improved except for the waffle iron. There were no options on the TV to stream any streaming services. The pool needed some better upkeep. Pieces of mortar missing. Hot tub was nice and spacious. Nice outside area for to gather small group of people. Would have been nice to have ice machines on all floors, especially when that is what the sign on each floor says.

Parking was easy, staff were all very nice and friendly. Room was clean - breakfast was just ok.

The room was very clean. Nothing. Everything was great.

Lots of guests complain about the noise late at night..Kids running around on the hallway all wet from the pool staff didn’t care that it was pass closed time … and a guest had his dog running around the hallway with no leach, Sorry if you looking for peace and quiet and cleanest this is not the one.

The breakfast was great and well stocked!

Check in took 15 minutes with no other guest checking in. No warm coffee at breakfast.

The property was clean

Leave out the breakfast and lower the price. The included breakfast was sub par.

We had a reasonably nice stay at this hotel, which is on the western side of Dubuque and has an indoor pool and hot tub. The property was well kept and the room and public areas were clean. The beds were comfortable and there were ample electrical outlets. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There was no vent in bathroom and the refrigerator had problems: one front leg was missing, the freezer compartment was thick with frost, and the thermostat dial was missing. Since the desk clerk already knew about the refrigerator, we were somewhat irked that he put us in that room. He couldn't get hold of maintenance but found a wrench so that I could adjust the temperature. The pool temperature was perfect for swimming. Breakfast is not my thing, but they had eggs, potatoes, and meat as well as the usual fare. It was nice to have windows that opened.

Amazing property, parking was a breeze, the staff was so nice and the rooms were clean. Walking distance to several restaurants.

When we let them know that the door handle needed some attention, and shower was not working correctly...within a short time both matters were corrected!!
