Pictures of property are AI generated and look nothing like the property itself. Rooms were clean but old and smelled. Location was great and staff was attentive. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking

Newly painted. Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast with waffles and scrambled eggs, etc.

Never had our rooms cleaned in a 4 nights 5 day stay. The breakfast was ok but with the hotel being booked full, not enough food for everyone. Pool was awful! Stunk, sides peeling off and no towels!

Our stay was a colossal disappointment. I'm from Dubuque and expected so much more fun this establishment; a disgrace to the history of the Dubuque Inn & Suites. The original site was torn down and they have taken over an old Comfort Inn. It was filthy. Hallways were littered in debris. Our room was dirty. Everything felt ancient. There wasn't even a simple cigarette disposal unit outside, so the main entrance was covered in discarded butts. We didn't dare eat the breakfast, which was sparce. And the pool was closed. Overpriced and extremely frustrating.

Clean. Baseboard missing in the downstairs hallway. Room smelled unpleasant. Breakfast OK but not great.

The bathroom and the main lobby was not in the best of shape. My room was clean, but there was dirty towels hanging behind the door.

The people were rude and then changed me a pet deposit without telling me

Great location, but owner was a little harried and impatient

Needs a refurb

Staff was very accommodating and got her another room, & refunded her. We have heard this can happen in any hotel but overall the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Looks like they are going through an innovation. Staffs were nice and the building was clean. Located outside of Dubuque, but still close from the downtown.

Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Appears to be a good family run business. They work really hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. At 10 am there was a man who was knocking and then trying to open the door. I said I have late check out .. then one hour the same thing. So I got up and dressed took my stuff down and checked out. Complained and they just said sorry. Could not print me up a receipt nor verification that I checked out. I do work tonight so I will be taking a nap in my car before work. This is pathetic

Breakfast was terrible, it says continental breakfast but it only had eggs. The room itself was clean but needs upgrades. Shower curtain was torn, the TV cable shut off after a certain time. The AC worked but it took a while.
