I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. At 10 am there was a man who was knocking and then trying to open the door. I said I have late check out .. then one hour the same thing. So I got up and dressed took my stuff down and checked out. Complained and they just said sorry. Could not print me up a receipt nor verification that I checked out. I do work tonight so I will be taking a nap in my car before work. This is pathetic

Breakfast was terrible, it says continental breakfast but it only had eggs. The room itself was clean but needs upgrades. Shower curtain was torn, the TV cable shut off after a certain time. The AC worked but it took a while.

There were bugs flying around in the room…. For what we paid it was not worth the under promised conditions… I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Nothing to say it was a different experience.

The water in the shower was very cold. Unable to turn it to the hot. The leaver would not go to the hot. Had to take cold showers.

Shower is terrible no HOT water.

Nothing fancy, but clean and friendly. Breakfast was thin, especially hot items, but we survived :)

Limited breakfast options

For $175 for two queens on a Saturday night. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. I think $125 would be the most they should charge. The good: Easy location with plenty of parking, easy check in, and not overly crowded. The bad: Old AC units that are loud and not the best which probably need to be replaced. Breakfast sucked but was free so can’t complain too much. Pieces of dark long hair that’s not from me in the shower and in the shower. Next time will definitely spend the extra 50 bucks for one of the nicer hotels. Avoid unless you want to save a bit of money and only need to sleep.

Decent place for the price. Location was good. Parking had plenty of space. Not sure about the check in. Was charged to much but hopefully that gets fixed. The breakfast on Sunday morning was great. They kept everything stocked.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday. Room was clean. Got up Saturday morning left for the day. Returned in the evening. Our room was not serviced. Called to the front desk and asked why not. We were told because we left the do not disturb sign was on the door. I said no we didn't. The front desk said do you need towels. I said yes we will. He sad he would bring them up right away. Which he did. But not enough for the 3 people staying in the room. Upon check out. I asked for a receipt and was told they could give me one because i booked through Expedia. I would needcto get it from them. I said but I paid when I got to the hotel. She wouldn't give me a receipt. I'm not the type to argue. But I will never stay here again.

I didn’t get booked room and amenities are not good.

Not a good value at all. The foot traffic noise from the rooms above is constant. Our shower did not have shampoo. The fitness center was not air conditioned.

Kindof dumpy both outside and rooms

The hotel seems to be under construction and not up to snuff. There were strange smells immediately in the lobby. The pool was out of order and this was a big disappointment. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just used them or they had sat in a wrinkled pile. There was a rip in the curtains. The bathtub drain did not close to seal the tub so I could not take a bath. It was dirty all around the drain. The shower head had pink gunk on it. The lock on the door was broken. After all of that disappointment, the breakfast in the morning was great: scrambled eggs, waffles, good juice, muffins, yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and so well tended.

Really a decent stay except that the A/C in our room (105) was not working. The Wi-Fi would also not reach into the room...only worked when neat the door. So I had to knock down our rating just a bit for those two items.

The room was clean and the bedding but the tub has a drip and standing water two inches deep.
