The room was CLEAN. Basic amenities. The location was convenient, with a restaurant right next door. Thank you!

Ice machine was broke. Put towels outside of room but clean towels were never given to replace dirty towels. Had to go to front desk to get them myself. Front desk worker seemed confused about reservations and had to call someone on his phone whom seemed confused also.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The accommodations were basic but comfortable. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around.

The staff was very helpful. The floor in my room was dirty. I don't it had been mopped in awhile. The microwave had no revolving plate. The bathtub was chipped. The was tissue in the ceiling in the bathroom holding a tile in place? I paid more than except for this room and the condition of the room was not worth the price. The towels were thin and dingy.

The beds are not very comfortable and the sheets were dirty. When I went to the front desk to look for some ones clean, there were nobody at work and it was 10 pm. I told the guy in the morning and he told me to get some discount back and it never happened. Other guests very noisy. Not recommended.

Parking was easy but after checking in, they came back and told me there would be a $20 fee per dog even though they weren’t gonna go into the room. Ridiculous.

Ac and heat was fine. The floor was consistantly dirty. There was no housekeeping apond request. The sheets were also dirty. I experienced bites throughout the night several nights and decided to leave for duration of my work stay to avoid any bug issues and bringing them home with me. Staff offered to accomodate but theres not much that can help a situation like that.

Staff were nice as I only interacted with them for check in and check out, but this place needs to be cleaned properly! Do they even bleach clean the sheets or towels because what I saw said no!

⸻ Oh boy… we booked this motel based on the reviews—lots of “excellent” ratings and people saying how clean it was. That wasn’t quite our experience. I will say, the woman at the front desk was great. She was kind and did her best to help us, which we really appreciated. The place itself is very bare bones—definitely more of a last-resort type of stay. In the first room, the bed had been made, but the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. There were stains and even hair in the bed. (I always check the bed first thing, and it’s honestly surprising how often this happens.) We went back up, and she quickly moved us to another room. That one had clean sheets, but the AC/heat unit was so loud there’s no way we would’ve been able to sleep. At that point, we decided not to stay. To their credit, they gave us a refund with no hassle. Overall, I’m not trying to sound high-maintenance—it just didn’t meet basic expectations. This is definitely a place you’d only consider if you’re out of options… and even then, you might think twice.

But overall it was okay.

Staff was super nice. Room was very clean. Could use a few extra towels but we were only there for one night so it was ok. Its a great place if you are in a budget.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, placed was clean and had a nice breakfast. Biggest surprise was the patio with a lake view! We had no idea when we booked it!

For a pet friendly hotel, my dog had to stay in her crate, so that her fur didn't float onto the bed or it was a $100 fee. I never had to pay anything other than the $25 pet fee. I will never stay there again

Easy parking. Not sure if ac worked. We used it more for heater but that worked great. Room was clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Small refrigerator.
