Bed was not comfortable at all! I also had a flushing noise going on throughout the whole entire stay in my room. I seen spider webs on the floor and in the window. I can tell things seem outdated.

Stayed one night on a Saturday. Property is large but secluded right off the main road. Room was nice sized with large TV. Pool was closed but pool area looked very nice. Went to attached lounge for food which was ok. Bar a little rowdy but Iowa football was on. Breakfast choices were good. Was able to park right outside our room.

Room was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good for on the go. Parking was plentiful!

Good location near center of town. Property is a little spread out and was a bit loud on a Saturday night. Breakfast was nice and eating area was large.

The room was old and outdated. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were half the size of a regular pillow. The toilet just kept running and the bathtub faucet kept dripping the entire time.

Close to venue we were in town for. Tv was not working. Wanted to watch the Iowa vs Michigan game. Went to a sports bar instead. Told the front desk about it on day one , nothing was done about it. Said they had no other rooms .

The views Broken toilet, no conditioner in the shower, light bulb in bathroom burned out. Asked for extra towels, they never showed

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were dirty and not maintained. Beds were not comfortable, TV did not work, and feel of the room felt like one of those hotel rooms from the movies when the police break into looking for a suspect.

All went well except for raining without canopy going to the other building for breakfast. The light sensor in the mirror is kinda tricky. But overall, hotel stay was good!

We picked this motel because the reviews were all 10/10 and one newer review said comfortable beds. Our first room 313 smelled of smoke and bathroom was gross. The second room 411, I opened the door and closed right away because of the weed smell. The third room was musty and ceilings were stained. This is an old hotel that was covered up with newer furniture years ago. The staff were nice and the breakfast was average: waffles, cereal and oatmeal. The bar looked busy and they had music. We would give this hotel a 7 max. The shower’s water pressure was a 10 and the beds were comfortable.

Location, free parking, resonable price Cleaness was terrible, broken glass, old food in freezer, broken toilet lid, mold in bathroom,large stains and footprints on door bu door, ketchup or blood on front of kitchen sinka.
