Huge Cockroach was inside the nightstand drawer, went to tell the front desk and a higher up lady said well is your things out of the room so maintenance can go in, and are you sure it wasn't a plastic bug? Even after she was shown photos!! Like really lady im not stupid! She didn't even say sorry...

Clean room . Nice pool. Great little bar.

The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and made me and my daughter sick, we had to leave early. I tried everything including an air purifier but it was too strong. The room was also very dirty- cobwebs and bugs, sink counter wasn't wiped, the upholstery was so dirty that a damp towel touching it came away brown streaked, the Jacuzzi tub kept shooting out little black chunks no matter how much I ran it... I'm a millennial through and through so I physically cannot complain, do I tried to suffer through, but when my daughter started having trouble breathing in her first night joining me, we left a night early. It's one thing to risk my own health (I had an mcas attack that caused a panic attack the first night from the smoke, had to take a ton of antihistamines and slept the whole next day/was out of it) but I wouldn't risk my daughter's. Rushed her home and she was okay thankfully. I'm so sad, because I saved for this getaway while she was at camp to relax and reset after being a caregiver for my elderly parents and a single mom, and it was very unenjoyable. The place is in desperate need of remodeling and a deep clean.

I deduct one star because of LED lights in the room.

The room had a stale cigarette odor, the chair was wobbly and the bed was not comfortable. The man that checked is in was not very polite, but the woman who checked us out was very polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. My grandson forgot his stuffy toy, when we called about it a couple hours later was told it wasn't found, we know it had to be there so figure one of the cleaning staff must have taken it

The pool and bar were great

The property is old and dated. Ok for an overnight stop on the road but not a place to spend multiple days.

Breakfast options not great

Clean and comfortable. I did not use the pool but it looked really nice. The only problem was the WiFi connection was horrible. I was on the 2nd floor and had to go to the lobby to use the WiFi. I tried to get help from the front desk and the guy was nice but couldn’t help with the WiFi.

Great experience and will book again.

When I first checked in it was late as we were driving quite a ways the guy was very short and rude and then the room looked like

Room is very sad and old. My god the yellow tub and green tile are from the 60s.furniture is old and abused. Lots of litter around the parking lot.

Updates needed

it is outdated and moderately clean. the staff isn't friendly or helpful, it's fine for a night just in and out, we won't stay again though.

The pictures are deceiving. Room not clean. Outside sidewalks and areas dirty. ice maker not working. Has a bar/restaurant on site which was a good place to gather. We ended up not staying the second night.

Loud traffic noise all day as it is next to the highway on a steep incline.
