Breakfast was nice

I was disappointed to learn that the complementary breakfast didn't start until 7am, so I was unable to take advantage of it due to the timing of my workday. Other places I've stayed at all start weekday breakfast earlier that 7am.

The rooms are clean and spacious The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good.

The pool area was indoors and very nice. Toasty warm.

Ice machines broken. Coffee machines broken. Kids everywhere because of the softball tournaments. Running everywhere. Very old property with musty smells. They jacked up the prices because of the event but those of us that weren’t there for that suffered.

Met expectations at all levels

Loved breakfast. Very clean. Kind staff. Only issue was elevator happened to be out while we were there.

Awesome stay for family with large pool and play area with pool, air hockey and table tennis. Great rooms. Ours had a full kitchen.

The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the amenities especially the pool, hot tub, and game area were well maintained.

I loved this place. It was like going back in time to the old atrium hotels. Great hot tub and pool. Wish we would have had even more time to swim. Very well maintained for an older hotel. I used the fitness area too and it had decent equipment.

Breakfast was good/I wish they have shower gel not a bar soap

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It had a variety of choices. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was the noisiest I have ever stayed at. All the rooms faced the swimming pool which was filled with families with children. Its was very loud. Also the room next to me was occupied by people who were very loud and kept slamming the door while they were going in and out. The experience was frustrating as I had a busy weekend and had hoped to have a relaxing night to recuperate.

The pool area was really nice. We had a lot of fun. The rooms were ok. Just normal rooms. I liked the temperature on the wall. Bathroom could've been a little updated. And the breakfast was not very good. And it was HOT everywhere. I would go back for the pool area. But that's about it.

Our stay was perfect. Close to lots of good food and close to Riverboat cruises. Would definitely stay there again. Great summer prices.

We had a nice room and everyone was friendly

Only one person at the check in desk and they were on the phone. Other workers milling around but no one acknowledged the line of people wanting to check in. But once he got off the phone check in was very quick. Elevator was very slow. We usually took the stairs down. Pool was very nice. Loved the atrium look. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was amazing. Had dinner there and food was delicious. Sports bar atmosphere. We sat out on the patio. Breakfast in morning was good but average. At least the eggs actually tasted like eggs. Check out was simple and ladies at desk were very friendly and asked about our stay and what our plans were for the day. Would stay here again. Centrally located which made for a good home base. Safe location right off of Hwy 20 though when you have to cross to come in or leave you need patience as it is a very busy road.

Best staff ever!!

It was great little expensive for one night but oh well
