Location was nice- parking was full. My window did not lock on the ground floor and they had a stick to close it. it still slid open 2-3” . Which made me nervous to sleep.

There was almost nothing to like about this motel except the size of our room was not bad. First of all, this is an old motel in desperate need of renovations. The location is right next to Hwy 20 so traffic noise is considerable. The motel is old, our room smelled bad, and the cleaning staff had left some of their cleaning products still in the room. The bathtub had apparently had the bottom of it cut out and been replaced with some cheap rubber fill which when you stood on it made you feel like you were going to sink into the next floor. I can't believe they would put guests in such a room. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Came to dubuque for work and stayed at this hotel and room was as expected of super 8, clean and comfy. staff is really good at their job.

Musty smell, scratchy sheets, only 2 small pillows on the bed

. rooms were clean. for the nightly rate we paid it was what we should have expected.free breakfast was disappointing.

Not comparable with many hotels we have stayed in but basically OK. We stayed in room #114 and there was a distinct odor when we entered the room. May have been coming from the AC but not sure. We couldn't put our finger on the exact smell as to whether it might have been mold or what. We mentioned it to the staff at checkout and they said they would check into it. Don't know if they did.
