Tile floor was filthy. Carpet was not vacuumed very well as there was broken up pieces of a cookie by the chair by the window.

The location is close to a lot of restaurants..stores and the downtown area.

Great room, everything as expected. We wanted to use the pool, but the are was too dark and there was water everywhere. It's best not to mention the spa. As for breakfast, it was terrible, from the coffee to the quality of the food. It's also worth mentioning that you can only eat and drink coffee from disposable tableware.

The only issue I had was I came in 25 minutes early than my check in time of 3:00 pm. The staff asked me wait an hour before the room was ready. Also, breakfast on weekends are very slow to fill in the empty trays. Hotel was clean and otherwise no complaints.

Booked a king room and was not given one at check in. Was told there was nothing that could be done about it. Our room was not what we booked and it was severely over priced

Nothing g Property needs work, our room showed a lot of wear and floor was super slanted ceiling showed signs of leak that needs more repair, park g wasn’t great, hotel smelled of sewage and was almost unbearable we didn’t even stay for breakfast. Just gross
