Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. Also, I had reserved these rooms in February and they were given to someone else before we arrived. Supposedly because we came in late. I feel the front desk should have called us to check on our arrival time rather than just giving our rooms away.

Beautiful hotel. We travel a lot, this hotel was great. Clean, updated, comfortable. Pool and hot tub was clean and well cared for. The breakfast was wonderful, very large selection. The staff was very helpful and nice.

I am an elderly person. I got sick and made a mess in the bathroom. I cleaned up the bathroom as best I could with the only thing I had available - the towels. The next morning I went to the front desk and told them what had happened and apologized. They only clean the room every other day and were scheduled to clean it that day. While we were out the housekeeper came to the room. She did not mop the bathroom floor or vacuum the room. She did not even make the bed. The towels I used to clean the bathroom - I left in the tub. She left me a plastic bag and a note to put the towels in the bag with a snooty message that said - I hope you feel better and have a nice day. The breakfast each morning was cold. When I tried to get Apple juice only water came out of the nozzle.

Staff was very friendly. My room was never cleaned. I had fresh towels on day 3, but other than that I had to ask to have things done.

When we walked into our hotel room it smelled clean and fresh which was very welcoming. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. There were a good selection of breakfast items. My only complaint would be that certain breakfast items were out, such as syrup for the waffles and toppings for the oatmeal.

We loved everything about our stay. Check-in was a breeze, as was check out. Every staff we encountered provided excellent service. The beds were perfectly comfortable and allowed us a great night sleep. The queen suite was huge and definitely a great value. The breakfast was nice, and we especially appreciated the better-than-average coffee. Nothing.

Clean, great customer service and it is located in a great area for things to do and different food places. Need to go back I’ll book here again.

Staff was great and personable. Didn’t make us feel like we needed to checkout asap in the morning. Breakfast was average, but hot and tasty. Pool area was clean and safe. Lots of seating for parents. Ran out of pool towels though.

Great Staff, friendly and outgoing. Place was quiet and so we got a good night sleep. Convenient location.

I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby.

Breakfast was just OK. Front desk service at check in just so-so. Mattress was terrible as well as the pillows. Bottom sheet would not stay on the mattress. Room was clean though. But definitely not worth the price paid.
