Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and kind.

We don’t have hot water the second day. Otherwise the rooms are very clean.

The location The room is old and needs repair

The breakfast was good though drinks other than coffee were hidden in the little fridge. The room was very nice, clean and had what we needed. The hallway really smelled like someone had been smoking which made us wonder if our room would also smell. It did not so we were grateful for that!

Could use better grounds maintenance especially in patio area. Soap, conditioner and lotion in bathroom needs to be included.

I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. The breakfast was basic - I didn’t eat there so I don’t know about the quality. The girl at the front desk was very nice and understanding and the outside area was kept up very well and it was pretty sitting in the courtyard. The workout room was also basic but seemed well kept. I was told new owners had just purchased the property. Hopefully they will address the issues quickly.

Room was very clean

The mattress of the main bed was stained. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable, and the mattress had lots of crumbs on it. We had to request sheets and a blanket for this, even though there were three people in the reservation so we should’ve had sheets in the room. There were no cups in the kitchen or bathroom for taking medications or getting a drink of water. One of the tables in the breakfast room was very wobbly, and my father-in-law tried to hang onto it when he stood up and it gave away and he fell. The orange juice dispenser was out of order. The coffee was so weak you could barely tell it was coffee. It tasted like colored water. The rooms were kind of beat up— there were chunks hacked in the entry door, and holes knocked in the walls.

I went to check in for my prepaid room only to find out they gave my room to another customer. They sent me to the hotel next to it because it was a part of the same ownership. They expected me to pay more because they had a pool and other amenities. It wasn't until after I argued i shouldn't have to pay more for a room already paid for they honored the price.

The rooms were clean but was disappointed that the actual room was smaller than the pics made it look when booking. It was very quiet and didn't hear anything from upstairs, downstairs, next to us or in the hallway! Super important to me!

Staff!! Pleasant and friendly. Nice outdoor sitting areas. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast, full size refrigerator and freezer. Great to keep my ice packs frozen for my cooler. Good location for food options and shopping. Clean. Staff was always cleaning something. Dirty dishes were left in dishwasher. I didn't use it so I left them there. Very little cooking supplies. Shampoo dispenser was broken. 2 queen bedroom was small. We only had one chair. Refrigerator could have been colder. It was set on high.

Comfortable room, clean bathrooms, right price

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient to our activities. Elevator worked. Rooms were outdated and worn. Landscaping was horrible. Looked like it hadn’t been weeded yet this year,Breakfast was not good at all. Juice machine was out of order so you couldn’t even get a glass of water.we had ants in the bathroom and no soap. Dirty silverware in drawer and not a full set - only 1 teaspoon!only 2 Kleenexes in the box; clock radio didn’t work.

Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable.

Unfortunately I experienced some substantial bug bites while staying at this hotel. Management has shared with me that the entire 3rd floor will be receiving treatment for bugs. When I returned home the bites continued and my significant other also then experienced them. It was a most unfortunate experience and management did what they could to make it right (that is the good news). I have stayed at the MainStay Hotel and Suites near St. Louis MO and that experience was wonderful.

My room was clean, but certainly could use updating (paint chipping on the kitchette cupboards and cabinets). The utensils (forks, spoons, knives, etc) were limited. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate ... nice selection of hot foods and pastries.
-
Only drawback was the morning breakfast was pretty pathetic. Room and service were excellent.

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it had a stove and we wanted to cook for our son while we visited him in college. The hotel is good for the price. When we arrived, the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty with food crumbs and I had to ask for new sheets so that I could change them. The gym had a water dispenser, but it didn't have any water.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, had a nice set up. The beds were a little hard for our liking.

Manager called me by name. Check in was fast and easy.
