it was not a great experience

Good

There was a stale old smoke smell in the room.

Room was very clean however the toilet was cracked and broken. Leaked water from cracked toilet. Sink was also cracked. Both units should have been replaced.

Poor

Location is rough. Guests are rough and stared at us the whole time. Parking was rough. Rooms were dirty

Nice hotel near and close to restaurants and you could walk to them and you did not have to drive to them The bed was high up off the floor hard for a person with disability problems to get into

Not worth it for the price

Very good

This hotel disgusted me a bit because all you could smell was cigarettes everywhere and trash bags in the middle of the hall. The carpet never looked clean. My room was ok however the bathroom door looks like something had eaten the bottom of it. When I took a shower with the door shut and the curtain closed, the water went into the bedroom and under my suitcase. I did my laundry there but the dryer didn’t work which they did apologise for. Also the ice machine didn’t work. I read a lot of reviews about this place and a lot of them were bad.

Very smoky smell in room

Did not know respect. Incredibly, happily rewarded by a great stay. Booked a reservation the same day, online, and the gentleman behind the desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Checkout was 11am, which was perfect. Rooms are clean, bed was made perfectly, bathroom was clean, blankets were warm. Truly, really beat expectations. Highly suggest anyone to stay there.

Very run down, rooms not very clean

200 dollars a night for this place is outrageous. The bathroom sink was not working. I couldn't turn on the shower and when I eventually got it on, the water would not warm up. The room had a smell and it was unbearable. There was trash outside the main enterance to the part of the building I was in and someone had their dogs in the hallways. How do you justify the price? It should be $60.

Location Poor housekeeping, did not empty garbage cans or make bed. Was there for two nights.

Lots of stuff within walking distance. We got to check-in early without any fees.

Very good

I was pleasantly surprised! Looks like it was remodeled not too long ago. The room was very spacious. Use earplugs...you can hear talking in the hall and doors closing late at night and early morning.
