Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin. Other than those three things I would definitely stay here again.

Reminds me of some of the best hostels I stayed in while traveling in Europe. Super clean, very modern, and a great vibe. Joe was there when we checked in, and was super helpful in helping us get settled. Great retail store below, and a cool looking bar as well (window-shopped the store, didn’t hit the bar). It is a hostel, so be prepared for shared bathrooms, etc., but we expected that and it was all in all a great stay. Will totally stay there again!

Clean, convenient, calm location, good value. Could hear the neighbors a bit to much while in our own room

I liked that I had thoughtfully charged my phone prior to arrival and that I had accidentally brought my own towel. Paper thin walls with no posted warnings or quiet time made for a terrible stay. Never again. For others, you might rethink the contradiction of “nature feeds my soul” aesthetic with “take your phone everywhere.” Thanks for employing no one!

Was an awesome place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful, loved the Altitude lounge as well. Met so many friendly people!

I didn't realize it was not like a regular hotel. The room had a bed a cooler and a chair. The restroom and showers were communal. The walls were thin and you could hear everything like coughing in the adjacent rooms.
-
Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets.

Price, location. I understand shared facilities but a sink in the room would have been a plus.

Clean and comfy. Very nicely decorated and definitely not a typical hostel!

No staff, need app to get around in hotel. No parking. Couple of flights of stairs to get in. Not for me, could be for you.

It would be nicer if they had small garbage cans in our bedroom instead of having to go to the small kitchen or the bathroom every time. Also they should provide at least coffee in the morning. It doesn't have a hostel vibe, there's no intercultural exchange but the place is clean and very comfortable. No parking available right at the building but across the street.

Clean and modern - the rooms, shared areas, and bar were all very nice and cozy.

All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight.

Mattress was a bit too soft to our liking, but it was ok. Not being tech-savvy and skittish about downloading another app so we could use our phones as our “room key,” we appreciated Joe’s helpfulness and the option to obtain a physical key card. We brought everything else we needed, as recommended.

Clean and comfortable place to stay, much nicer than anticipated. One surprise: the top slats of the room walls are offset (probably for airflow) which means that you hear every sound. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Not being able to open the window was a little frustrating but for the price I can’t complain too much. The place was clean, felt safe, there was reserved parking with our room and spacious bathrooms.

It was very cold. And no way to turn heat up. I did not appreciate that

I was so pleasantly surprised with Zenith Basecamp! Definitely the nicest "hostel" I've been to. All spaces- bedroom, bathroom and common areas- were clean and spacious
-
A great place to stay.

Going to my car to be able to do things with noise like watching a video The fact I booked a private room and realised it was far from private. Disgusting behavior selling the room the way it was sold
-
Maybe mention in your listing that towels are not provided.
