Superb

I stay in this hotel every time I visit my son @ NCCU. The staff is great, unfortunately the internet was out. The hotel staff worked with the provider to have it restored. It was no fault of theirs, however I reached out to the customer svc. @ Marriott to convey my concern & tell them of the cost I incurred , while using my hot spot. Hotel owners management never reach out its been 8 days, the Bonvoy 1-800 number re-opened the complaint still nothing. I will be sending an email to the owners, since this hotel is independently owned.

I have always had a great experience in this hotel, until this stay. The weekday staff is great the weekend front desk staff was awful. I finally experienced the service some other reviewers had. I will not go into depth, but have launched an official complaint with Marriott & will be launching one with the independent owners. Rude, rude, rude they need to be trained better & learn customer svc. its unfortunate, because the weekday staff is great & the hotel is clean & conveniently located.

The breakfast options were lacking. They had healthier options like oatmeal, however it was the instant cup that required you to heat it up in the microwave — except there was no microwave in sight. It was in the kitchen where guests were not allowed to enter.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. I’ve experienced at a hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Came here because it was close to where I was having a meeting for four days. This hotel looks clean and new. The room and common areas were clean. The staff especially Johanna at the front desk were super friendly. The breakfast was good and I sued it all the days I was there. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Durham

Didn't have any info on my stay. Room wasn't ready so had to change rooms

Shower and sink had very low water pressure and there is no ATM in building. Ice machine had no ice. Room was nice and clean and bathroom was huge. It was altogether okay.

I booked this hotel because it stated that the onsite parking is free. But I was charged $15 each day for 3 days we stayed. I feel that inconsistency and or inaccurate of the advertising is not good.

Convenient location, clean, nice staff and decent breakfast

Rooms and facility was clean with helpful and accommodating staff. The Breakfast was average but get there early to avoid stagnant food options.

The breakfast could have been better, but it certainly wasn't as bad as many other hotels I've stayed at.

So nice

The front desk clerk, Dyson, went above and beyond to help me. The main problem was that I got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. It got stuck on the carpet. There was no one available in the hotel, no maintenance staff, no manager. Dyson, the clerk, was all alone. After 30 agonizing minutes, the clerk called 911. The police finally arrived and I was released. I was extremely scared that I would not be able to get out. And I was told that this was not the first time that happened.

He was extremely patient and kind to even the slowest and mean customers that were giving him a hard time. He stayed calm and very courteous to each person waiting. We waited over an hour because all systems were down. It wasn’t the young employees fault. I told him every time we walked by how he nice and patient he was. That kid deserves a bonus or raise to keep him at your facility.
