The front desk lady was excellent and the room was clean. However, the location was difficult to get to.

We stayed one night. Check in was easy. Parking is very convenient and hotel is about a block from Durham Bulls park with easy walking. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel is clean and seems newer. Sofa in our room may be great for sleeping but uncomfortable for sitting.

the hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the couch area was separate from the sleep area, the staff-everyone from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the breakfast servers all kind, friendly and proactive! the tv set up was closer to the couch, it would have been nice to have one in the bed area and a smaller one in the couch area. the room dividers over the desk was not as clean as they could have been-I wanted a shower only room, this one had a tub-lastly when traveling you can pass this hotel as the entrance is not lit or marked with a vibrant color- which would help-I could not even tell the entrance from the back-it could be just me not into puzzles

Beware, this property charges $15 a day to park and they do not tell you up front. It is walkable but you have to cross a freeway. Very little amenities available and customer service is not great. Rooms are clean if that is all you are looking for.

It was clean, and smell great, the staff was pleasant to talk with and they made sure you were informed about it the property. It was only Three blocks from the event we were attending.

Hotel is nice and clean. Day staff is good, night receptionist was not so much. Breakfast is boring and not worth waking up for.

Location The hotel charged a $15.00 parking fee. It should have been included in the price, and not a surprise when I arrived there.

Great location, friendly staff, served it's purpose

Like the fact it was super close to where I was going Woke up and the whole floor smelled like a dumpster once out in the hall. Also any small movement and the bed frame squeaked or occasionally moved.

The ONLY issue was check in!!! We got there at check in time and were on a very tight schedule to get changed and make it to our show. There was a very long line of customers checking in and only 1 staff member working the desk….AND she kept answering the phone and carrying on long conversations while we were all waiting! It took us about 35 min in line to get checked in and that put us behind schedule for the evening. One other thing was the price charged for snacks in the lobby! Ridiculous prices!
