Convenient location, clean, nice staff and decent breakfast

Rooms and facility was clean with helpful and accommodating staff. The Breakfast was average but get there early to avoid stagnant food options.

The breakfast could have been better, but it certainly wasn't as bad as many other hotels I've stayed at.

The front desk clerk, Dyson, went above and beyond to help me. The main problem was that I got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. It got stuck on the carpet. There was no one available in the hotel, no maintenance staff, no manager. Dyson, the clerk, was all alone. After 30 agonizing minutes, the clerk called 911. The police finally arrived and I was released. I was extremely scared that I would not be able to get out. And I was told that this was not the first time that happened.

He was extremely patient and kind to even the slowest and mean customers that were giving him a hard time. He stayed calm and very courteous to each person waiting. We waited over an hour because all systems were down. It wasn’t the young employees fault. I told him every time we walked by how he nice and patient he was. That kid deserves a bonus or raise to keep him at your facility.

Location. Quiet, but really close to downtown

Great location just across the street from Durham Bulls. Staff was very helpful.

Convenient location, clean, good breakfast I was unable to check in for over an hour, 3:00- 4:15, because the computer system was down. No one considered at least writing names of the 8-10 guests in line so that eventually names could be called. NO backup plan to bypass computer problems—no plan at all Bathroom door is glass so if anyone got up during the night, the light bothered anyone still trying to sleep.

Excellent location! The front desk worker was rude at check in, that was the only bad part of our stay.

The keys were not working, so the employees had to walk us up to the rooms. The General manager responded and told me that it was a Marriott issue, which would mean all Marriot keys weren't working. Also over charged me for two days and when I called about refund they told me no manager was available.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast assortment. Easily walkable to stadium for event we were in town for. Had to keep key card in slot for lights. Parking is tight.

The staff cannot solve the problem for customer. for example, the quarter exchange machine was broken for days. One customer needs to do laundry they have to leave the hotel look for a coin is strange store in order to get quarters to start their laundry. A proactive management team will get enough quarters on side in order to help out hotel customers.

Nice , modern , spacious and clean nothing really except receptionist on check could have been a lot more welcoming and at least try and look like she enjoyed her job, not helpful when it came to asking for quarters for the laundry as the change machine was broken.

The property was new and clean. Breakfast was great
