I had to scramble to find a new hotel that night. Most were full. Finally got a room at the Holiday Inn, which was triple the cost.

I booked this room just 20 minutes before arriving. When we pulled up, there were clearly drug deals happening outside the hotel, and we did not feel safe staying there. I immediately contacted Hotels.com to report the situation, but they did not issue a refund or credit. As a result, I had to book another hotel for the night while still being charged for this reservation

The ceiling was leaking right over the toilet so if you used it you got dripped on.

This hotel is very run down, rooms were old and dirty, mold on the air conditioner, shower was dirty, smelled like must and weed in the hallways. First room was disgusting box springs on both beds were broken, holes in the walls, had to ask for a new room. Second room was slightly better but still not good. I was in the area for an event and all other hotels were booked so i had no other choice but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s extremely dirty. Bed sheets were dirty, room itself was dirty and door knob. It’s entirely dirty. And somehow, I can’t get in my room. I had to go to front desk to unlock my key card. Location

The owner was willing to give me a refund the staff were nice Cigarette holes in the sheets, vanity falling apart
