Very nice people that work there, but the pace was prett

Furniture was dirty, black mold in the tub dirty glasses IN the cupboard, sticky carpet

This place was disgusting. Couldn’t even stay there. I refuse to sleep with cockroaches. Waiting on a refund. For a room that could not be used.

Room was okay until you actually looked at it. There was a hole in one of the doors, the bathroom door didn’t even close properly, cracks in bathroom flooring, the toilet also had trouble flushing. In the cabinets, one dirty plate, no dish soap, one butter knife, one steak knife and one butcher knife but no other utensils. The bed was hypothetically clean. The halls smell like weed and food, trash in the parking lot. I tried to cancel my reservation before I even checked in and paid but because it was after 4, it wasn’t possible. $190 has gotten me better rooms and an additional $100 deposit? There’s nothing more to be ruined, everything was busted before I got there. But you get what you pay for I guess

Clean room good staff and pool
-
It was the most unsanitary place I've ever stayed. My room was filthy not cleaned at all. My co workers room had a 2 liter full of used needles In it also.

Leaving Dirty and windows leaked when raining

The man at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and Max the manager was also kind and understanding. We were refunded our money and no fees. The lobby smelled like marijuana. I did not feel safe. People sitting outside passing around a joint and a 5th in the common area. Just not a good feeling.

It was dirty . False advertising saying the offer breakfast and they have nothing for you the pool and hot tub doesn’t work. When we arrived we had made reservations and they told me they didn’t have any rooms available and the elevator was out I told them I couldn’t stay on the third floor because I had major back surgery I couldn’t carry Stuff to my room. The floor in our room was wet and dirty I thought at first they cleaned the carpet but that wasn’t it because it looked like the didn’t even vacuum it. There was dirty sheets on our bed they had not been change. The bath tub hasn’t been cleaned in a while there was dust and hair on corners of the tub by the tile walls and when you went to get in. The biggest disaster was getting flea bits . The biggest disappointment is they didn’t give back my deposit.

Everything Elevator is broken

Location is good Customer service very rude no appreciation even if you stay for longer than three weeks.if you questioned them and correct them they retaliate by hiding your next booking as if you have not book. Lock you out for a long time without making any effort to consult booking.com. ar the same time as you to pay late fees you have no booking hete while your belongings are locked in the room you vone back from work. Very unprofessional

The grounds were nice, comfy room The filth

Location No air conditioning. It was ridiculously hot. No elevator. Poor service. Couldn't check in, the staff said they could see the reservation but couldn't let me check in. I had to call Booking.com and they sorted things out. Very frustrating and I couldn't sleep because it was so hot.

The room itself was fairly clean as well. The elevator was broken and my room was on the third floor. My girlfriend has a broken foot so that was definitely not convenient at all considering she had to walk three flights of stairs. I had to fix the toilet because the chain fell off of the rusty flush lever. The mattress was very hard, as were the pillows.

I felt like I was at home

The room was spacious and comfortable. Most unclean hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The good reviews really confuse me. Staff was kind, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but the hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes. Dogs were barking in most rooms, fellow guests had zero cleanliness. Every door has stains or some sort of damage. The carpet in the hallways were covered in dirt and debris. Trash bags left outside of doors for hours. The whole place was just dirty.

Elevator is down. Had to use steps to 3rd floor.
-
Nothing. No breakfast provided. Bathroom was very dirty, and safety measures were nonexistent, as the front desk gave a random woman a room key without verifying ID or any information.

I should have done a little more research on where I was staying first. While my stay was fine and the patrons and staff were friendly to me, there were a couple issues that other travelers should be aware of. (1) Strong odor of cigarettes: While the room was designated as non-smoking, the entire property reminded me of a Vegas casino due to the smell. If you have aversions I would not stay here. (2) Overheard dangerous conversations: I was walking out of my room to the car and heard a man and woman yelling at one another in their room. I wasn't trying to eavesdrop, just walking by. I heard the woman pleading with the man to leave but he demanded $100 from her or wasn't going to leave. That is all I heard, but it definitely made me feel less safe. The walls are also thin. I was startled awake at 6am by two children yelling profanity at one another in the room next to mine. (3) Cleanliness: There were some trash items left in the room and some components of the room are dirty and worn (e.g. carpet, walls). Many residents leave trash in the halls and I am not sure the frequency which is it collected. (4) Elevator operation: This did not affect my stay as I was on the first floor, but the elevator was marked as "out of order." I am not sure if the upper floors are in use?

Room was reasonably clean and quiet. I would have appreciated the possibility of a late checkout however.
