This was by far the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT!!!! BED BUGS, dirty bathroom, smell of weed and cigarette smoke, HAIR IN THE SHEETS, people were clearly living there, bathtub was wet as if someone had just used it. We walked in and left within 5 minutes. The guy at the front desk told us... "yea, I don't blame you." Expedia should take this property off their listing. You couldn't pay me to stay there. Worst part is they offered a refund then turned around and said the room was not refundable. We had to find another hotel at 1a.m. and lost our money. This place should be shut down and sued.

I usually do not leave any comments and I can accept minor discomfort in any hotels. However, this place was beyond ignorable. As soon as we got to the place, it reeked of weed and the rooms were disgusting. We had 7 rooms booked, and all 7 rooms were dirty. There were no shower curtains, the bath was still wet, and no towels. There were bed bugs, stains on the sheets, and hairs on the bed. The hotel refused to refund and Expedia is also refusing to refund as well. DO NOT trust Expedia’s ratings. This is one of the worst hotels you can stay at.

Broken Elevator, People living there. Room smelled like a smokers room. Did not feel safe.

I had 3 different rooms. First room the air conditioning didn’t work it was 90 degrees. Smelt like cigarettes. On third floor no working elevator. Second room smelt like cigarettes. Stains all over the walls and carpet and furniture. Bathroom toilet was used and not flushed. The tv had a giant spiderweb crack. No garbages. No working phone. Third room the bed was smaller than what I paid and handicap room. The hotel itself feels like a trap house.

I walked out of the room within minutes of walking into the room. Front desk person verified that issues I just listed and said the manager is aware and will reimburse our group (8 rooms) and some manager the very next day denied everything and claims that we are lying!! Who in their right mind will drive 12 hours check in at almost 1am and want to leave at that time to look for a hotel room to accommodate such group!

It was the worst experience ever.

Very nice people that work there, but the pace was prett

Furniture was dirty, black mold in the tub dirty glasses IN the cupboard, sticky carpet

This place was disgusting. Couldn’t even stay there. I refuse to sleep with cockroaches. Waiting on a refund. For a room that could not be used.

Room was okay until you actually looked at it. There was a hole in one of the doors, the bathroom door didn’t even close properly, cracks in bathroom flooring, the toilet also had trouble flushing. In the cabinets, one dirty plate, no dish soap, one butter knife, one steak knife and one butcher knife but no other utensils. The bed was hypothetically clean. The halls smell like weed and food, trash in the parking lot. I tried to cancel my reservation before I even checked in and paid but because it was after 4, it wasn’t possible. $190 has gotten me better rooms and an additional $100 deposit? There’s nothing more to be ruined, everything was busted before I got there. But you get what you pay for I guess

Clean room good staff and pool

It was the most unsanitary place I've ever stayed. My room was filthy not cleaned at all. My co workers room had a 2 liter full of used needles In it also.
-
Elevator is down. Had to use steps to 3rd floor.
-
Nothing. No breakfast provided. Bathroom was very dirty, and safety measures were nonexistent, as the front desk gave a random woman a room key without verifying ID or any information.

I should have done a little more research on where I was staying first. While my stay was fine and the patrons and staff were friendly to me, there were a couple issues that other travelers should be aware of. (1) Strong odor of cigarettes: While the room was designated as non-smoking, the entire property reminded me of a Vegas casino due to the smell. If you have aversions I would not stay here. (2) Overheard dangerous conversations: I was walking out of my room to the car and heard a man and woman yelling at one another in their room. I wasn't trying to eavesdrop, just walking by. I heard the woman pleading with the man to leave but he demanded $100 from her or wasn't going to leave. That is all I heard, but it definitely made me feel less safe. The walls are also thin. I was startled awake at 6am by two children yelling profanity at one another in the room next to mine. (3) Cleanliness: There were some trash items left in the room and some components of the room are dirty and worn (e.g. carpet, walls). Many residents leave trash in the halls and I am not sure the frequency which is it collected. (4) Elevator operation: This did not affect my stay as I was on the first floor, but the elevator was marked as "out of order." I am not sure if the upper floors are in use?

Room was reasonably clean and quiet. I would have appreciated the possibility of a late checkout however.
