Bar was stocked and the bartender was super nice

The two front desk staff were attending other customers - but spent an extended amount of time chatting after customers were checked in, while the other guests waited for an extended amount of time. Poor customer service!!

The stay at this hotel was so terrible that I had to book reservations at another hotel.

The rooms were a bit lacking in terms of towels, toilet paper and basic needs.

Pool is closed,sink was clogged

This is one of my favorite hotels. I reserve a room at this location almost every other week. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling and looking for a tremendous place to stay for a weekend.

or see the pool or fitness room. Read a sign stating fitness room is either changing or under construction and that the ice bucket machine is no longer on floors. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice. Water pressure is good. A shuttle to and from airport all great things.

I would stay here again

How could you stay in a room? The curtsy of the room is not working properly and didn’t fix it. you can’t even sleep during the daytime cause of the sun.

We reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, while the second room was slightly cleaner, it still had problems—the door lock wasn’t working properly. We took photos and videos to document everything and showed them to management. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what we expected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Charging $25 per day to park at a hotel you paid to stay at is crazy. Expedia should've Indicated that there was parking fee.
