Candlewood Suites Chattanooga East Ridge by IHG

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Great staff

great place, stayed here a number of times and always treated well. walk to restaurants especially Champy’s, best chicken in the state.

Staff were great, free laundry was a bonus. We liked this place so much, we stayed an extra night.

A very nice hotel!!!!! I would recommend to anyone 😊

Yes, they gave us nothing power off. No lights elevator working only waited around in the lobby. 43 or four hours, no air conditioning still never got a room and argued about refund

Front desk attendant was friendly and fast. Great room. Will be back!

We arrived late . Staff was friendly polite and professional. Room was clean

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend, being where the property is has its good and bad, great to get on and off highway, lots of restaurants nearby as well as Topgolf. Bad as far as it’s in the same parking lot as Super 8, lots of shady deals going on there. As to the room it was clean and bed comfortable. Housekeeping never made it when we asked for cleaning, so that was an issue. Television is hung weird on the wall facing down and rigged with grocery bags and while we didn’t use the stove top it didn’t work. Won’t stay here again especially when there’s so many better options near Hamilton Place.

My room layout, location is awesome, staff extremely kind and friendly and courteous The curtains in our room were molded

I had lost my wallet and house keeping found it for me. I'm sooo grateful.

It was close to food/ gas/ activities. The gentleman at the front desk was nice that checked us in. They offered free coffee. The room was dirty when we first got there. There was chicken on the floor, the bed linen was dirty, the microwave was dirty. There was hair in the microwave, shower, and toilet. We were told there was no housekeeper onsite so we had to clean the room, vacuum the floor, and change the bed ourselves. The fridge was also leaking water. We were told there was no other room for us to switch to. The room smelled like chicken/ food. It was obvious it was not cleaned.

They have the world's worst TV remotes.

Nothing There were roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby there was a horrible smell. The front desk lady was rude, once we looked down an saw the roaches we decided against staying there.

Great

No trash cans inside!

None! No trash cans inside!

Passable

Housekeeping coming at 9 am when check out is not until 11 am and it was also the day before I was set to leave and I had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Great hotel! Only negatives - no breakfast and it shares a parking lot with a red roof inn, everything else is perfect
