I stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance, they did accommodate us with permission to use the pool from the hotel next door. There can be tad bit better in cleaning we did notice a few pee stains on the wall behind the toilet and a good amount of crumbs on the floor but other than that the staff was friendly and the stay went smooth

I also paid for breakfast, but breakfast did not begin until 7:00 AM, after I needed to leave for clinical. I explained this at check-in and asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager had already left. Meanwhile, my aunt, who was staying down the hall, was provided two $15 restaurant vouchers due to the breakfast issue. I was initially offered nothing and did not receive comparable vouchers until the following day after addressing the issue again. I checked in Friday and checked out Sunday, so these issues affected essentially my entire stay. While my guest room was clean and the staff were generally friendly, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially as a Hilton Honors member. I believe guests should have been notified BEFORE arrival that major advertised amenities were unavailable. I would appreciate management contacting me regarding an appropriate resolution or service recovery for this stay.

Restaurant not open when we stayed but staff recommended places to go for dinner. Front desk kind and helpful.

The location is the only thing that was good! The heat was stuck on in our room and we called up front to let them know and they said they would send somebody to fix it and never did so we literally sweat profusely all night it was beyond miserable, the staff at the bar treated my husband like he was some homeless drunk guy when he entered the bar. The lady then told other employees that he showed up drunk and beligerent and he was stone sober!! The next morning he went to get breakfast and spoke to a manager and let him know what had happened. The manager was extremely nice and was not happy with the employee who not only lied but refused to serve my husband a single beer! I had very high expectations staying there and unfortunately that place fell far below anything I expected.

i was greeted as soon as i walked in. the front desk staff was helpful. upon entry of my room everything was clean and didn’t have any issues plus the bed was super comfy. i had breakfast and it was pretty good especially the potatoes. also any questions i had about the breakfast the staff answered my questions.

We had a Great stay! I left my work device and someone from the staff called to let me know. That meant a lot. Thank You!
