Homewood Suites by Hilton Syracuse - Carrier Circle

The bathroom is dated and a little gross, but overall it is a good room for the price. Restaurant doesn’t have a bar or serve dinner but there is a restaurant at the hotel next door with a wonderful server (Gabby).

Great stay

The hotel was nice and the staff were as well

Unfortunately our room was not ready at the posted check-in time. It was not a huge delay but if I’m paying for a room to be ready at 3pm, it should be. The room came with a pull-out couch. We didn’t really need it but still checked it out. Too many mystery stains, so we just folded it back up.

Exceptional

I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch but my room only had a king size bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable mattress and it still had the plastic on it was every time we moved it would make so much noise.

The property was great

Overall it was a nice experience. We had some issues in our room with clogged drains and items leftover from previous guests that should have been taken care of. There were some inappropriate guests at the pool that made it a dangerous situation for our young children. We talked to the front desk and checked back in later and the pool was still not usable. Breakfast had good selections but ran out of food quickly and staff was not fully willing to replace or cook more.

Room was decently sized, bathroom was good size. Bed was comfy. Staff went above and beyond the call of service. All ice machines were broken, the ceiling fan didn't work, the breakfast was unusual (hot dogs and tacos), the pillows were too squishy.

Room was not clean dirty dishes in dishwasher and a foul odor in the room as well

Spacious, clean, super nice people and free breakfast. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Was in a bit secluded area, which has its benefits. But not really walking many places.

Convenient Nothing I can think of

Very good

Well kept suite, Well equipped: fridge,microwave, stove and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of parking spots. Suite was understocked, missing few things, which were provided by front desk upon request.
