Staff was great. Kids were running around after 11 pm and stomping all over the upstairs which was very loud downstairs. The hotel rooms themselves are not super up to date.

This hotel is pet friendly which I needed but the room smelled of urine. I guess that's to be expected.

It was nice for what it was and contained a nice indoor pool for the kids. The bedding was comfortable and seemed clean. It was pretty tight in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom fan was very noisy and likely needs repaired. The toilet moved around when you sat on it. It needs sealed to the floor better.

Our bathroom started flooding from the ceiling vent. Staff wiped it up and said it would stop. Nothing was done because I booked thru a travel agency. What difference that should make? Terrible.

This hotel is disgusting. They shouldn’t be open let alone allowing reservations. Rooms are gross, bathrooms are filthy. The “breakfast” area had filth everywhere. We checked out and lost money the second night and had to book elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

Helpful and friendly staff! Our room was very nice! The mattress was fantastic! Slept well all 4 nights! Very much appreciated! Breakfasts very good. Good variety! Coffee available all day!! We would definitely stay again in future visits to the area!

Tv had terrible picture to where my girls didn’t want to watch Cheaper price than others in the area but definitely needs some updates
