Stayed for a night on our way to KY. It was a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Close to shopping and dining. We would stay here again.

My only complaint is I don’t think the have a plan for tornado warning. Had one during my stay the the registration girl was telling everyone they get them all the time and it was fine. My town was hit by one 2 weeks prior and it isn’t always fine.

We had problems with our air conditioner. We were told since we booked through a third party that they couldn’t refund any money. If we had to move rooms they didn’t have any suites left so would have to eat the lose. We turned it off for awhile and it started working. Our main problem was the response from them. Oh they did offer use fans for the night.

Check in was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the linens were clean. The floor in the bathroom needed some tlc and the air conditioner was not very cold. Otherwise, very nice one night stay.

The breakfast was ok. I prefer bacon over sausage. I prefer Swedish waffles, not mini pancakes. The pool and exercise room were clean and nice. Overall, a very good experience.

We have stayed at this hotel many times for baseball tournaments over the years. I always come back, as the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the breakfast is good. Kids love the pool, it's always clean.

The pool is open from 9am to 11 pm and was very clean. Breakfast was good. The lady that checked us in, I believe her name was Peggy, was AMAZING! She called after we got to our room to make sure everything was ok. Then she even had Easter eggs hidden in different areas on the 1st floor-which is where we were staying and came to to pool area to let my granddaughter know, so she could go on a hunt when she was done swimming. This was such a sweet unexpected surprise for her.

We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. But, the staff was friendly, the hotel was overall clean, and had some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The only deceiving thing is that one of the listing photos shows a hot tub in the pool area, but this has since been removed.
