If you're simply looking for a safe, comfortable, good night's sleep, this is the place! Most comfortable beds and bedding, quality air conditioning and sound proof walls. Decent breakfast, skip the pool, enjoy the exercise room. Friendly staff, easy in and out off interstate. Plenty dining options nearby.

We have stayed many times, it's a 2.50 to 3 star hotel. Very GOOD stay for the money. We'll be back in 3 or 4 days.

We were traveling from Illinois on the way to Bonnaroo music festival in Tennessee, pulling our RV. It was a wonderful stop, and my son used the pool, The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection and very tasty. When we went out to the RV, we found that the battery was drained and we needed a jump. Mike, the maintenance guy, was awesome! The staff goes over and above there! When traveling through we will definitely stay there again!

We love the hotel, it's half way between my parents who live in TN and myself in WI. We've met here several times. The manager is absolutely amazing. She however, had some newbies that just weren't great. I had to continuously ask for toilet paper and trash to be taken. They never cleaned which we found out was a policy from Covid. We will ask in the future. It would have been nice to at least have new toilet paper and trash removed each day.

The staff was the friendliest we have ever had anywhere! Also, the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the complimentary lemon ice water in the lobby. A very nice touch. My only complaint was that the door to our room squeaked every time it was opened or closed. You might try some W-D 40.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was just what I needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. Highly recommend staying here—especially if you’re a shopper, because it’s right next to their premier outlet mall.

Cleanliness Waited 29 min for staff to check us in, she came from the back room, only cuz the phone started running and was carrying around her cell phone: didn’t apologize for the wait. Get to my room and my keys don’t work, she didn’t program them. Went back down and she wasn’t there again and I had to Hollar for her. By then my dinner was cold

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the person who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. Also please consider putting taller toilets in.

We enjoyed our stay at Edinburgh overall! Friendly staff and I enjoyed the fitness center. Despite the distance from where we had to go we are glad we found this hotel! Very clean and enjoyable place to stay
