Hampton Inn Columbus/Taylorsville/Edinburgh

The pool was out of order, this is the 3rd Hampton we've stayed at where this has happened with no update on the pool being out of service. We won't be staying at another Hampton again.

Didn’t like the water pressure in the shower, takes 5minutes to rinse off. Great stay.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff was very personable friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff; proximity to outlet mall

The room was clean. The hotel is located just far enough from the freeway to be quiet. There is no traffic noise in the room. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. There is an outlet mall and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is ample. The free breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The rooms have daily maid service now, unlike when covid was here, a very wonderful surprise. The staff is outstanding. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but the waffles, the real brand name cereal, are great. The sliced sausage links taste like hotdogs, omelets are bland. The parking is convient, outside property very well maintained. Yes I would stay here again

Breakfast was great! Dog friendly! Was very clean!

It was all a pleasant experience honestly. From the start till when I left it was a nice time. That there weren't more hours in the day to enjoy time there.

Room was immaculate!

Beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste.

The room I reserved was not available. They said because I made reservations through hotels.com I would need to take up any complaints with them. The only possible compensation offered was signing up for Hilton rewards and possibly getting a free room in the future, which would be of no use to me as I don’t travel often

Checking in was easy & the staff was very nice & helpful, I'm just sorry I don't remember their names. (There being a live person to help makes me like it even more) The room was clean & very comfortable, the little fridge & microwave were nice to have as well. I slept so well in the comfy bed, too. I'm not sure if they serve the same breakfast every day, but definitely another plus. They had the "traditional" hotel breakfast, but they also had a "hot side" with eggs, sausage & potatoes. We didn't get to try any of the extras of the property this time, but if I need a little getaway, they are on my I'd stay again list. The only thing that was a downside, which I forgot to mention while checking out, was there was only 1 wall plug-in that was accessible by the beds, husband has a CPAP. The plug-ins on the stand between the beds didn't work.

Everything was great!

Checkin was easy. Hostess provided us with bottled water and overview of the property amenities providing everything we needed to know. She was friendly and professional.

Cable system sucks. Claimed whether in the area. Checked radar, no storms in area

Clean nice great location

We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia

It was really close to everything we were doing. Nothing was insulated. We heard right through the walls. I could hear people zipping their suitcase closed. The elevator was out of service so we had to walk 3 floors which isn't awful, but our room was right by the stairs and with lack of noise cancelation , we heard the door to the stairs slam everytime sometime came and went. With the elevator out of service... it was quite a bit.

Breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
