Beds are horrible

This is an hotel that you stay at for convenience passing through on a long drive. Conveniently located within eyesight on I-65. The room had decent beds, cable tv and a dated, but fully functional, bathroom. Not really much more to this hotel than that, but it’s all you need if you just need a safe place to sleep for a night. For the affordable price, it gets the job done. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Distance from the highway and the proximity to a restaurant and gas stations. My family had issues with the outdated facility.

Hotel was dated but clean. Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly.

I would not recommend this motel. I was in the room for about an hour and a half, and even with the air conditioning on, the room never got below 78 degrees. I thought maybe it just needed more time, so I left for a few hours. When I came back, the room was still 76 degrees. I asked the staff to do something about it, and they told me the air had shut off because it was motion-sensored. They told me to give it another hour, but this was already around 9:00 p.m. By 9:40 p.m., it was still 76 degrees, and at that point I was frustrated enough that I just left. They should have simply moved me to another room instead of expecting me to wait around late at night in an uncomfortable room. Overall, it was not a good experience at all.

Absolutely horrible no batteries in smoke detector, shower head falling off wall, one bed broken, desk chair worn and paint splattered, and lock on door screws hanging out.

Window was broken out and covered with plywood. Hotel refused to cancel and refund reservation. No help regarding the unacceptable room from Expedia. The offered a $50 credit for a room I did not stay in and cost double that. Very disappointed in Red Roof and Expedia.

It was updated well. The air conditioner would not change temperatures or stop. We had to unplug it because it got so cold.Room 208

Property was very clean. Staff were very delightful and helpful and the maids were also. Room was very nice and clean. It had a refrigerator that worked great also a microwave. We continue to go back to Red Roof Inn in Taylorsville and will continue to keep going. Also dog friendly. First dog is free no deposit and outside area is very clean and well maintained.

Quick one-night stay went smoothly, I had no issues.

We like the convenience of this motel and usually the price. Also, for this night, the fact they had vacancy was good. The room we were in smelled so horrible. If we hadn't gotten there so late and didnt know they had no other rooms, I would have asked for another one. We have stayed there many times and this is for sure a budget motel but this room was really bad. Flat pillows, dirty/dilapidated furniture. It wasn't pleasant. Thankfully we were only there one night

I was in town for my daughter's graduation and had a wonderful stay! Sure it's an older style building and that shows in places but not enough to male any difference at all. The room was clean and very nice the bed was comfortable and I felt safe while traveling alone. The staff was the best the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and he even said to say congratulations to my daughter for her graduation. A great example

I got double charged on my card for the nights I stayed

They advertised free breakfast. But didn’t have one. They had no blow dryer in the room. The tv was super tiny.

Closeness to interstate. Staff were super friendly. A/C unit wouldn’t go lower than 70 in room.

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were clean and updated. Our bed was comfortable, and it is located near anything one would want during a stay.
