There was an error in assigning a room that was already occupied; fortunately, they accepted the cancellation without charge and approved the refund.

To be honest the place is starting to show it's age just a little bit, but it is located in a very convenient location and the owners and staff are very nice and helpful. It's nice to know there's a place to go where staff is not rude in a knowledgeable. If I needed to I would definitely stay again.

Price is great but you get what you pay for. One night an angry man kept trying to get into the room next to me where it must have been a girl that did not want anything to do with him. So he beat on the door thru out the night. Some poor people with families live upstairs for weeks or months at a time. So great price but not sure it is worth the savings. Better to pay $30 or more each night to get something better.

Great and friendly staff. Room was large and very clean. Can't beat the price for the stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

It was clean and quaint

You get why you pay for. Best way I can describe the place is trash. I decide to sleep in my truck instead of sleeping in my room.

Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude.

Terrible experience. The room stank of smoke, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the heater had a burnt odor when turned on. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the guests' comfort. Definitely not worth the money

The location of this hotel is good. Close to lot of restraunt. But it is poorly maintained. Everything looks old and not clean. There is animal scratching the wall in the first room we checked in. There is no internet because the antena got stolen. Not very comforting to hear that. Don't think it is worth the money!

Staff is top tier, clean rooms. AC and heat works. Hot showers. Fresh towels come every single day like clock work. They take trash every day like clock work. It's quiet. And if you get out of line. Edmond police will show up immediately. It's close by everything. I lived there for 3 months without any issues. Best place in Edmond

Best place to stay at in Edmond. Better then all the hotels. Friendly, nice and quiet.

Clean property, friendly staff, I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately our experience went sour when we had 2 incidents of maintenance walking in on us under wrong check-out information, on a single knock when my wife, just coming out of shower asked for a moment, clearly and deliberately and they just walked in. We also had a homeless person knocking on our door at 4am trying to fight me being on drugs. Even though cleanliness and amenities were average, the lack of curtesy were uncalled for and very questionable.

Is not as expensive, no breakfast offered. Front desk is window hard to see and hear clerk. Room was clean but you can tell there’s regulars who stay there.
