The facility was clean. Staff were friendly. When our microwave didn't work, staff replaced it with the employee microwave. The laundry feature with app made it easy to stay on top of our laundry for the week. I was able to communicate with the vendor that equipment wasn't working properly. It was nice that breakfast had daily staples but the pastry would change. Conveniently located to the highway and grocery store. Loved the travel board outside the elevator. We checked out a few places thanks to other visitors recommendation. The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioner worked great. The only drawback is that I wish the kitchen had a cook top. Will definitely stay again if we travel back that way.

The hotel was clean but the pool was not available. It had a sign that it was temporarily closed and would be open in a couple of hours, but it was never open and the sign stayed on the door during our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good either. Very limited options. It was, however, a nice quiet hotel.

This was a really nice hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfy. All basic amenities were present. The kitchenette was especially nice and well stocked. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Staff very good, but property definitely isnt getting the maintenance it needs. Elevator sounds like it is about to give up when it gets to 4th floor, AC unit in room is so loud hard to sleep and hear others talk, and toilet pipes whine for 2 min after each flush. Based on what we saw and heard the owner needs to prioritize maintenance much better than currently doing!

I liked the room, the facility was clean, and relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use. The breakfast was OK, not bad but not great either. The ice machines were out of order on 2nd and 3rd floors. I would have liked to use my own fireTV stick in my room but the wifi would not let it on the network so I was limited in what I could watch on TV.

Breakfast was satisfactory, location close to IH 35, bed was comfortable. The bed was positioned too close to air conditioner which caused spouse to bump into a/c. Bathroom door got stuck on floor that was too high for door to swing easily, might consider plaining the bottom of door to correct issue.

Clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff was always greeted me with a smile and a friendly hotel whenever I walked through the lobby. They were friendly and helpful when I had a question or needed extra supplies for the room.

The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out.

The room was clean and included several amenities such as a full refrigerator and freezer.

Smells funky but other than that good

Everything was great

Staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Could not be happier My room (310) has a door that sticks and is hard to open. It also slams closed quite loudly. Door has obviously had work done to it as the interior metal frame is warped and sort of cobbled together. That’s my only complaint about my stay

Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Breakfast was good

Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out.
