The staff really made my experience. The lodging was nice but the customer service was awesome!

Disappointed, didn’t have shampoo or soap in the room, 1 towel at the room, only 1 person was working at night. Rooms, pillows, sheets and comforters felt old.

The mini omelettes and tater tots were very good! The coffee was excellent! The TV remote didn’t work, but the staff quickly rectified the problem.

Clean rooms, average hotel. For the money worth it.

Beds Staff

I paid for an upgraded room and their was a problem with the room such that I didn't receive the benefit for which inhad paid. When the issue was brought to the management's attention they choose to not address the issue - very disappointed with mgmt

Front staff was very friendly. The manager was training a new hire and was very patient and courteous. Interacted with cleaning staff as we needed towels, she was very helpful.

Low quality property not maintained very well. Breakfast was very poor, both in selection and quality. Coffee was only available during breakfast, and was really weak, basically brown water. The location was very excellent, good parking, and friendly helpful staff. Room was very small. Below average property priced like above average property. Will jot stay at the property again of there are any other options.

The front desk clerk was amazing! He was empathetic, helpful, and explained everything. He even had plastic utensils when the Door Dash people forgot them. He remembered things that I told him at check in when we were downstairs later. Excellent customer service! The room was clean, well stocked and the tub was great! I was having surgery early the next morning and the jets were the most comforting thing I have encountered in 2 weeks for my body pain. The pool is a little small, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for this trip. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were too small, making it difficult to find a comfortable position. We did not sleep well. We could not find a light in the living room area and there was not a plug in on both sides of the bed.
