Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edmond

Low quality property not maintained very well. Breakfast was very poor, both in selection and quality. Coffee was only available during breakfast, and was really weak, basically brown water. The location was very excellent, good parking, and friendly helpful staff. Room was very small. Below average property priced like above average property. Will jot stay at the property again of there are any other options.

The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was great! The pool was kind of small but still nice.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing improvements but would have been nice to be informed. We got to our room, opened the curtains and the only thing you could see was painters plastic covering the window. Kudos for improving the property but travelers should know this before booking.

I got in late. They had my key ready, showed my ID, and on my way. That’s how it should be nowadays. Breakfast was terrific! Staff were awesome! America!

The curtains were yellowed and torn in our room. We did not receive clean towels when we called and requested them. The pool was smaller than some hot tubs. Very disappointing as the weather was very hot and humid. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good, but was not advise of Monday's breakfast times (change from Saturday & Sunday).

So mostly it was a great stay except the pool smelled a little like mildew. The Jacuzzi tub in our first room was broken in the fact the cold water was not working. But General Manager was very happy to help us and move us to another room. Other than that everything else was great.

Great place

When my family and I arrived after an 8 hour drive, we were warmly greeted by the staff including Mr. Irman Our room was not only immaculate, but very large. Our friends were also staying at the same hotel and their room had a jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe and friendly area. Highly recommended.

The room was clean. AC worked great. I would have liked a shower cap. All else good.

The pool looks A LOT bigger than in the pictures. But it worked for my grandson since we were the only ones using it during our visit.

I would recommend this motel it's nice staff nice lady at the front desk real nice I will be back again

Not much The incompetence of management double billed me and totally failed to make it right. I got my credit card company involved to resolve the issue zero thanks to marriott

The guest service employees were helpful during a late arrival. I was attending the WCWS and did not arrive until the wee hours of the morning. I called a couple of times to check and was greeted by employees with a helpful attitude. I am an older female from out of state on a solo visit and was somewhat frazzled.

I enjoyed the presence of trees and the ability to take a short walk without traffic. The airconditioning in our room did not work. We awoke cold in the middle of the night, despite setting the thermostat in the comfortable zone.
