Access to highways and local conveniences. The property is very tired looking. Perhaps they are starting some much needed renovations. They desperately need it.

This property was in s good location. The staff was very friendly & helpful. My room had a terrible odor. I spoke to the front desk, but no other rooms were available. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom. There were even stains on what appeared to be new wallpaper seeping through. It seemed like the whole property was under renovation.

Clean and spacious room. No unusual smells. Thankfull that the staff gave me a first floor room. Breakfast was simple but much needed to start my day. Scrambled eggs, bacon, some pastries, yogurt etc. There was a rust colored stain at the bathtub drain. I thought it was blood at first but it turned out to be rust. The body wash dispenser pump would not work so I had to use the shampoo.

The property was under renovation. We’re expecting our room ready at 6-ish but unfortunately it was not so we ended up the available room which is the handicapped. But kudos to the front person very helpful and nice.

No guest water in a Hilton member and I am shocked saddened and taken advantage of Oh and in talking to mgr he inappropriately referred to to my 80 yr old cousin disrespecting her

It was easy access to the Highway. It desperately needs updating. The staff clean it but you can’t hide the lack of baseboards and showers needs updated.

1 would have been useful to have some kind of bulletin/paper displaying the wi-fi, the breakfast hours, and other hotel details such as the whereabouts of the pool and gym 2 I could see maintenance was being done throughout the hallways with painter's type, hopefully this doesn't remain for long 3 the pillows - please replace the awful pillows and get standard size, new and fluffy

I liked the king bed.

The hotel is dated but they are working on renovations so it will be good in the future. Overall it was a good stay for our overnight stop. Breakfast was good and the location is convenient to highway.

Location and breakfast. AC control on the wall didn't work, had to use the controls on the window AC unit. Bath tub faucet did not indicate hot and cold correctly.

Hampton Inn has always been my first choice. But, for a $167/nite standard room with king bed I expected more. Coffee pot was tiny and cheap Temu-looking thing. Bathtub had rust stains. They had tried to recover parts of the tub enamel but it was peeling off in chunks. WiFi was terrible. Pillows on bed were flat and soft. Outside window had been replaced but new window did not cover the former depth of the casing and texture and paint had not been repaired. The new window also leaked and there was a water puddle on top of the a/c unit in the morning. Went to breakfast 20 minutes after it opened and hot foods were lukewarm so the free breakfast was not worth the purchase price either. I just kept thinking “How does Hampton Inn put their name and reputation on this 3rd rate hotel?”

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The staff were helpful and accommodating unfortunately the the room staff spoke no English but were pleasant they were renewing the interior the room phone did not work the room key only worked after 2 to 5 times a little frustrating it was quiet did not feel it was up to the standards we normally encounter with Hampton that’s why we always chose them

Breakfast was free, but not much to choose from.
-
The hotel is definitely going through some changes and the hallways appeared to be newly painted and smelled heavily of paint. But everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
-
location, comfortable beds Broken faucet in bathroom; breakfast substandard; dirty common areas
-
Everything was great besides the shower. the shower head hardly projected water and there was hardly any hot water.
-
They need the floor numbers on the elevator so you know what floor you are on.
