Hampton Inn Oklahoma City/Edmond

I was only present for about 9 hours, mostly in my room, but it was a nice property, well maintained and pleasant staff. My only criticism is that the bathroom was slightly under-maintained and was showing some wear.

Place looks tired. I would not stay there again

Staff was great, the shower head was nice, breakfast was good! You can just tell its been a while since the rooms had a remodel. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. The bath tub was chipping. The night stand was leaning. The bed, and pillows could have been better.

We like the breakfast. Many variety.

Loved how clean the facility was, and the location. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. They were like sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows also need upgraded.

It has always been very clean and the staff is excellent. Our air conditioner was not working, but the staff got right on it and was able to get it fixed and while we waited they brought us fans and were very courteous

The carpet in the room was ragged and torn by the door.

Clean and nice breakfast

Didn’t work even though the check in clerk worked on it for about 15 min. Bathroom floor mat was frayed and paint needed touching up. Bed was lumpy. Room smelled musty and stayed humid no matter how hard the a/c worked.

I had been told they would honor Hilton Honors points and they did not. The elevator kept breaking down.

It was ok, but the elevator was not working.

Staff was very helpful at tending to any issues we had with the room The AC was out in the fitness area so they closed it but found another hotel close by to use theirs. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. Great location close to everything and quiet. Good value for price.

The room we booked on Expedia was not the room they offered, but we were accommodated quickly at no extra cost. The night stand by the bed had fallen off the wall and the bathtub faucet handle is not connected to the faucet. Shower head needs updated. Overall it was a good stay after what we had been through that day. I would recommend.
