The room shower needs to be upgraded.

Good location. Very friendly staff when arived Evening staff was not nearly so friendly. Showers were not as clean as they should have been

Staff was wonderful and the property was well maintained. The room was clean,fairly new, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Very nice hotel.

We like the convenient location and the comfortable bed! The shower floor didn’t have a lip so water went into the bathroom floor.

The hotel was expensive and expected to at least have good water pressure and there was not. When we got to the room after a wedding outside in the heat we walked in the room and it was set to 76….so hot and muggy in the room. We didn’t use any of the amenities due to short 1 night stay. Breakfast was good friendly staff

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Keshaun (I’m sure I butchered that spelling) was by far the friendlies and most helpful person I have ever met. The stay was good but she made it great! I have never had a hotel that let me check in early. I arrived 30 minutes early and she had my paperwork ready and let me check in early. I don’t know what her title is but promote her - she’s worth keeping!

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because the perfume smell in the lobby was so strong it was almost toxic. I have allergies to perfumes. Lucky the room did not have that problem or I would have been unable to stay. I would just go get my coffee and quickly return to my room. Otherwise a great place.

Big time shout out to KaShawn at the Front Desk. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was also fantastic in helping us with a couple of special requests. This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever experienced.
