Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Edmond by IHG

The entire room and bathroom were extremely clean. This is so important for us as we stay in a lot of hotels each year. The peace of mind it gives helps to get a good night sleep when you're doing a lot of driving!

Everything was very clean and the bed was. Very. Comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many options. We would definitely stay here again. The was probably the best Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at! Nothing bad about the property.

Noise level to high with H vac

Cierra was a new employee but she will be the reason we book again. Fantastic customer service.

Superb

Convenience to main roads Bed was to hard for my preference

the room was white with spreads and the TV was very large. The bathroom looked brand new

Nice facility, clean, all staff encountered cheerful and helpful. They clearly wanted to make the stay the best in every way. Complete breakfast offering. I felt comfortable and welcomed.

Good

But other than that, the rooms were clean, it was quiet (even though they are doing renovations), and the staff was friendly.

Great Property and good breakfast

Clean. Very nice decor. Very comfortable bed. Convenient to i35. Excellent breakfast. "One of the best!" Excellent black-out shade over the window. I also particularly appreciated the refrigerator's standalone freezer compartment and the full bathroom instead of the sink outside the bathroom. The desk clerk was efficient and pleasant .

Hotel and Room were very clean and nice looking. Pool was enjoyable and towels were promptly refilled when requested. All staff were super friendly and efficient at their job. Breakfast was amazing and attended well. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We will stay here every time we come to Edmond, OK

I had a personal issue and we had to leave early. There was a mis-communication and we were billed for all 3 days. I spoke with the manager and she resolved my issue right away. We appreciate that. Excellent customer service!
