SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Edmond

The room felt moist, kinda like Dewey. Sheets felt slightly wet and sticky.. do not recommend

Close to everything and the staff and facilities are always nice. They allow dogs which is Fantastic!! Will be back!

Everything was good accept the breakfast Barely have a choice when it comes to breakfast!

Loved that we could actually open the window in our room.

Convenient for us. Very well maintained. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool. One item, though: we watched severe weather roll in and got an alert. Fortunately no tornado in Edmond, but there were some in the area. Your hotel instruction sheet did not include storm instructions. In Tornado Alley that could be very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only concern was the pool was too cold to swim in.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only scrambled eggs and sausage.

Not a great place. The breakfast was terrible very limited options, and the hot stuff tasted terrible. All the paint on the bathroom was peeling off the walls, there was no fan on the bathroom so after showering, bring already humid in Oklahoma, the room would never dry out. The lock in the back sorry if the hotel was broken so anybody could come in. The end table in the room was broken. The TV was constantly going from super dim to super bright. On the plus side, it was cheap, the bed was comfortable and the room and property were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Room was descent until I seen stains which I won't identify on the blankets and sheets. There were small roaches, floor wasn't vacuumed as there were crumbs dont wanna say it was rushed but presentation wasnt it but I just needed a place to stay while in town for 2 days of work so rate 3

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was nice and had variety. Shower had great water pressure. The only thing that could improve was that the pool chemicals were a little off.

Facility was hot inside and smelly, broken smoke detector hanging out of wall. Bedding, smelt of bleach .Music was played loudly the next room until late hours. Never staying here again

Drinks were found In the first room they game us and the second room they gave us was busted with holes in the wall smoke detectors not even hooked up smelled like poo

. Eggs salty and not very warm. Little Debbie oatmeal cakes were the pastry. Spider’s coming out from underneath the food counter. I did step on the spider. No sugar free oatmeal!! Few choices on breakfast foods.
