Looks like they have been working on improvements. Clean spacious rooms. No elevator to second floor.

I was surprised by the size of the room and the cleanliness for the price. The only down side was the toilet seat hinge was broken. An excellent place to stay for the price.

Perfect for what we needed. Chose to do breakfast elsewhere.

After we arrived, we were getting situated in our room when a hotel employee unlocked our door from the outside and entered the room without an invitation. He tried to cover his error by asking if we needed any service. I'm sure he didn't realize the room was occupied but it was very unprofessional. There was a dirty rag sitting in the tray of the ice machine. It was just not well maintained or cleaned thoroughly. There was not an elevator which was very inconvenient. I will not stay here again.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at! Hair from a drain was in bathroom trashcan when I got into my room. Trash on bathroom floor both days. Two ice machines in the building, but only one worked…barely. Fire doors leading to stairways were propped open. The side door that I used, never closed..so anyone could come in. It rained that night and water was all over floor. Don’t know if it flooded from door being open or ice machine caused it. Now let’s talk about breakfast. Sausage patties were rubbery and I don’t think fully cooked. Eggs were fine. Only a few yogarts, one type of bread, no fresh fruit either morning.

This is the second time I have stayed here, but both times the breakfast has been incredibly disappointing. Obviously powdered eggs and cold sausage patties with just a white slice of vread sitting on the counter with maybe a good glass of juice. For a building that says 100% smoke free it sure does not smell like it. That facility could probably use some new carpeting and door handles and clean air systems.

Homeless people did not give the safest feeling

The price of this hotel is good and the staff is nice. The beds are comfortable and I like the hot eggs for breakfast. However, the property is not well maintained or secure. The side doors do not require a key for entrance. The bathtub and walls are stained. There was hair left in the bathtub area. We had to reprogram our keys daily until the staff finally changed the batteries in the lock. I am hesitant to return to this hotel because it has gone down hill in the 10 years I have stayed there.

Convenient Homeless people did not give the safest feeling

I was going to give them some grace, but we stayed 4 nights& if they can’t clean the gross, sticky glass doors in front, how clean are they really cleaning our room? I will say the beds and A/C did the job, but we were grateful we did not have to stay at the hotel more than to sleep. The area of Edmond felt safe, just not the parking lot. For the price, we shouldn’t have been surprised, but less than 8 years ago we loved this place and opted to stay here when we visited our daughter at college. It’s like a used car of hotels: some things work, some things don’t, but come on! The towels had holes and were thread bare, the provided breakfast was very slight, the outside was filthy, I can go on, & I do have photos.

Came back two days later regretting have left the second night. It is so nice, clean and simple. I loved looking out the second floor window at the hill and nature. Super close walking distance to some great restaurants (i.e.Neghborhood Jam great lemon poppyseed blueberry pancakes). Great staff- Gujarat people are some of the most intelligent kind people on the planet.

Very nice room Was woke up by room service at 9;30 in the morning even with do not disturb sign up. Did not appreciate that at all.

Some people apparently had negative experiences when you select lowest rating to read the reviews. But I did not experience this. I experienced privacy, safety, comfort, cleanliness, excellent front staff treatment. I stayed one night and regretted leaving.

They gave us a key to an acupied room walked in on a mother and child.
