Breakfasts with BW are usually excellent. This one was subpar. Pastries were stale. Ran out of eggs.

They have alot of rules, my gosh they make you fill out tons of paperwork if you have service dogs!! Also they have a beautiful pool but it is inside and it was ice cold, they told us they aren’t allowed to heat it?? Otherwise the facilities were clean , the staffing just needs more personal training on being kind and helpful to their guests.

The only problem I had was with breakfast. No real oatmeal, only packaged sweet stuff. No real half-and-half only fake plastic creamers. Otherwise the room was fine. The bed was fine and the staff was excellent.

Very clean; beds are comfortable. Most staff are friendly KASH PATEL & the smashed up bag of Bunny Bread in the trash can
